I got some rest! I don’t remember what time I went to sleep at, but I’m super happy I was finally able to shut my brain off.

A doozy of a thunderstorm woke me up at 5 am this morning.  Apparently all of north Florida was affected but my county in particular took the most damage.  

Morning all! 

Last night was pretty fun~! Had a nice Christmas-themed dinner with lots of turkey, ham, spuds 'n' gravy. 

Afterwards, we were treated to a bit of a show with some traditional Irish jigs. Fun fact; I'm actually not the biggest fan of Irish music normally, but I couldn't fault what they had last night. It was a great performance.

I'm staying up later tonight because I accidentally fell asleep earlier, which means that I'm going to have a hard time falling asleep again tonight.

My back hurts from sitting in this awful hunched over position for way too long so I think it's time to lay down.

I accidentally hit my little toe in the door frame. Now my toe is hurting and has a nice purple color to it. It is very uncomfortable.

Hope everyone has a good start to the weekend~! Just one more to go after this before Christmas.

I'm off to my workplace Christmas party this evening. Nothing too crazy planned, but looking forward to dinner nevertheless.

It is up in the mountains, though... better remember to wrap up.
