      Spencer Nilsen did a good job though. I have enjoyed this sound track for the Sonic CD PC version.

       

       

      Buuuuut, as a European, getting Sonic CD on launch day (1993), I must say I enjoy the JP/EU soundtrack a little bit more. Not helping I absolutely love Naofumi Hataya techno and solos, and Masafumi Ogata New Jack Swing style music. :wub:

      I think Nilsen only had a month or so to come up with the soundtrack. Pretty impressive! I love both the US and Japan soundtracks equally. The US is very atmospheric and the bad future themes really let you know "you done messed up".  The Japanese soundtrack is fun to listen to. Even the bad future themes make ya want to dance!
