  1. A phone with Android is a good enough handheld game system for me.
  2. My OC Tree Song drawn by the AI, thanks to @Sophie H.

Well now I'm waiting for Twilight (or some other pony) to ask "What's a Kansas?".

ChatGPT needs to know more MLP. We need to take over the internet again to feed it the right names for the world.

  4. ChatGPT can also write episode scripts! Here's one idea that I had, it didn't turn out exactly as I imagined it, but it's interesting nonetheless.
  5. Forest Storm would not be able to control his lightning spell properly, and would fry his own beard and tail with it. Tree Song would have a squeaky, metallic voice instead of her normal beautiful one.
  6. You should thank @Astral Soul, who got me into watching bird videos...
  7. Here's an alliteration poem, it's interesting that ChatGPT put a pony in it:
  8. Hello all, this thread is meant for sharing and discussing content generated by the revolutionary AI, ChatGPT. Let's start with something to celebrate the Starlight Glimmer day. Normally ChatGPT tries to be positive about everything, but with the right prompt you can twist it a little...
  9. Underrated Pony Music #112

Spring is coming, let's fly some kites. And happy Starlight Glimmer day!

  10. It happened to me that I dreamed about watching a new episode of MLP, it was nothing like the official episodes though, so I don't think it was pirating
  11. Equestria Daily, MLP Forums, and Derpibooru. As for general news, I'm not interested in them so much to check them immediately after turning on the PC.
  12. I haven't posted any AI-generated images lately, so here goes:

@Splashee It's Petunia Paleo, she appeared in "The Fault in Our Cutie Marks".

  16. @Sir Hugsalot Unfortunately, there will be always imperfection in math, not only with not being able to give an exact value to numbers like pi, but even on the deepest level (see "Gödel's incompleteness theorems"). Replacing pi with tau won't help in this situation, it's just more convenient than pi in many cases. We're using pi just because of the tradition that is hard to change, just like the Americans are using their overcomplicated system of measurements, for example. As for radians, they don't help much either, because they usually make the angle some number multiplied by pi (or tau for that matter), and we can't have the exact value of that... They are the "natural" way of measuring angles though (in a similar way as the natural logarithm is natural), and do make some things simpler, as ChatGPT pointed out. @Splashee You asked for it...
  17. @Splashee Here is the answer from ChatGPT: I can add to this that, for example, when using radians you can assume that sin x ≈ tan x ≈ x for small x.
  18. I'm writing this on Pi Day, but I think pi makes no sense as a fundamental mathematical constant, and it's used only because of force of habit. The circle is defined as the set of points on the plane with a given distance to the center. That distance is the radius. So the "circle constant" should be defined using the radius, not diameter. It has been proposed that this constant would be denoted by the Greek letter tau. Tau is equal to 2*pi. The full angle (360 degrees) in radians is one tau instead of two pi, which is a more simple and natural way of doing things. Also Euler's identity is in my opinion even more beautiful when using tau instead of pi: e^(i*tau) = 1
