I'm super pissed. So I hop on my patient portal and see I magically have a balance. Upon further inspection myself I see they've not been automatically removing my copay the past few weeks, as they normally had been. Nothing has changed with my payment method ofc. They also ofc give me no way to even pay it online myself so I have to speak to someone. Naturally billing isn't answering any messages or calls either.

I had someone do something today that I hate. I’ve not been a Veterinarian’s office in like 9 years. Not only that I was an assistant. I was not a technician or the veterinarian themself. Low level position. When people hear I worked in a Vet instead of going to their vet for their pets issues they come to me. I had a coworker once, who I wasn’t even friends or close with come to me because she heard that. She had been feeding her dog her over the counter medicine and wanted to know since I used to work in a vet if that was ok. Which naturally I’m like you should not be giving your dog any medication without speaking to your vet. Naturally she wanted to argue with me and was like well I’ve been doing it and he’s been fine. Ok and? If you don’t want to hear what I think don’t ask me. You tell people to speak to the vet but no, they want to speak to you instead. See a current practicing professional, not me. Anyway I have a messy voice messages I got from someone who only messages me when she needs something and is never there when I need her. Having a complete meltdown over her kittens behavior. Making comments that “I know you know because you worked in a vet.” Yes. Nine years ago. I’m not update to date on training and naturally since I don’t do the job anymore I don’t retain everything. I don’t even know where to start with all this. My problem with this is as well, one thing coming up is should I get a second cat. If I tell her she should and things get even worse with her current cat, guess who’s getting the blame. Im going to respond to all this mess.

Nah I’m sure by continually buying things I don’t need I’ll fill that void in my chest. Or make it bigger but if I make it bigger that means I can buy more things to fill it with So it all works out
