I'll spill a little tea This is the documentation side of quality. Where you want your i's to be dotted and your t's to be crossed in case something gets found during an audit. I will not do parts of my job I need to if everything is not in order first. People do not like that. They want me to fix their mistakes for them, they want me to just do it regardless if information is wrong, they want to argue or try to push me around. These are engineers, leaders, sales people, quality associates etc I deal with. I will not budge. I am very liked and very hated depending on who you ask because of that lol.

Yeeeeeeeah I actually lead these ones weekly lol. That being said other people do most of the talking. Buuuut due to mistakes and poor communication we can't not have these meetings. A good portion of my job is catching other peoples mistakes. It shouldn't be. I have had to lay the hammer down almost weekly here lately. Quality has strict rules and people don't wanna follow it.

I would if I did not have to work lol. I have another meeting coming up in like a half hour and another in two hours.

The being up since midnight is now starting to catch up to me lol. I'm very tired.

With my Owlcrate Advent Calendar just shipping out today I don't think it's going to arrive before the holiday. I was hoping to have that to open up before hand. On one hand I know this isn't their fault because the books were held up at Customs but at the same time they've had these on sale since like....October. They should have had the books ready sooner than later. I still haven't even gotten my November box from them due to the hold up at customs. Same with the December. Not shipped. This is partially why I cancelled their adult box and switched to the YA one. As the YA box doesn't seem to have as many issues. That being said my YA book from them for this month hasn't shipped either lol. I'll likely be dropping them altogether once I get off of Fairyloots YA waitlist. I don't have these issues with Illumicrate and Allurial. I preordered three limited edition books from Owlcrate that were supposed to ship this month that are now pushed back another month due to them not having the books. I expect better from a book subscription service that's supposed to be up there with Fairyloot. This is slowly turning into the Bookish Box where people are buying books and not receiving them till months later. I think people just now received their April subscription box from them. No I'm not doing that. I'm not gonna just keep handing y'all money and not get what I paid for. Some people are ok with doing that and it's fine. For me. I want the subscription box for that month to come that month not five months from now. Plus Owlcrate is the most expensive out of all the boxes. Not only are you the most expensive, you aren't delivering in a timely manner. I'm hoping to get off Fairyloots waitlist in the next few months (hopefully) and I can kiss Owlcrate goodbye. Not playing this game with them.

Don't know. I had that when I was a teen but successfully cured mine so I'm not afraid of them anymore.

I am during the winter. Winter time sets off the germophobic side of my ocd. Seeing people running around coughing especially not covering, wiping their noses on their hands and touching things even just typing this out has me not wanting to leave this building till spring.

My unrealistic weird fear is of gravity ceasing to exist and me just falling into the sky. Or I guess that would be floating into the sky.

Pink: Third best color Red: Meh Orange: No Yellow: I can't even see this Green: Meh again Blue: Second best color Purple: Best color Brown: Not a fan Gray: I like grey it be cool. White: It has it's moments. I hate how white shows dirt and everything though. Black: Is a shade not a color technically so.... That being said I love black it is my favorite shade.

A lot but for humorous purposes of course. You can't get my sense of humor through text but like verbally the tone I put things in a joking way. It's not trash talking the other person as it is me talking about how great I am, even when I lose. Because it's funny
