I ordered some MLP posters online, my recommendation is get a frame for them, for protection, they last longer that way, and you could fit LEDs behind them if you wanted to make them glow. I've got a framed Princess Luna poster. Is this cute?

Finished buying my brothers IEMs for Christmas, no regrets about it. Even if they listen to music on Spotify, should still produce interesting results for them.

Twilight Sparkle is so cute. <3 Perfectly reasonable to expect Equestria to have many different versions of it, some almost the same as each other, some dystopian (Queen Chrysalis' hostile takeover of the alternate future in The Cutie Remark), we can also assume some ended up wiped out of existence. My fanfic I worked on months ago and probably will continue some point in the future, does not deal with dystopian outcomes, however, that does not mean life in Equestria would be easy. They still have to deal with hardships and challenges like other worlds do, however cute and fun their world may seem. Every world has its devil, is the catchphrase I use. I would not let that stop me from wishing to be in their world. I don't know about everyone else, but facing our fear, and yes Chrysalis is scary, is part of embracing friendship.

Relieved, after troubleshooting a PC problem further, I found out it was my USB cable, and not the DAC, which was causing the problem. Yup, time to replace the old cable. I had only been downstairs to clean dishes, after having returned to my bedroom, Jriver was still playing The Nutcracker Suite without crashing.

I was troubleshooting my external DAC for my PC, I don't want to bring negativity here but let's just say I've not had a good night with it so far. I will be replacing it, but I'll have to wait until after Christmas. The thing crashes when attempting to play DSD file type music when using the device over USB, it's unstable in Jriver, yes, I found a workaround over Toslink, but that's not good enough. I wished Amazon would stop allowing so much junk to be sold.

If they did not use that in the MLP Christmas special which I have not seen yet, but plan to on Christmas, it's truly a missed opportunity. Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy would work well for Discord and Fluttershy scenes.

Considering I want to keep my stress levels down, I tend to avoid games that do that to me, it's also the reason why I started playing Pokemon Let's Go Eevee on my Nintendo Switch.

Listening to the album from Oingo Boingo - Dead Man's Party, wrong kind of season to be doing it I know, it's more of a Halloween album than a Christmas one. But I like the songs on it. After I've finished having a cup of tea I will be watching A Christmas Carol on my TV, which I have not yet finished watching, but I will, I am also interested in downloading and watching The Muppets Christmas Carol, I've heard it was good so I will watch that later as well.

It's as I said before, Hasbro realized they can still sell copies of their content or shows on physical media or digital distribution platforms because they know fans who can afford to will. And in doing so, they can avoid being bombarded with ads as well as not having to deal with Youtube's compression which reduces the quality of the video/audio. They're using a clever business model, they kept their shows free to watch on Youtube with caveats, while still making money from that and merchandise sales. If Nickelodeon does not wish to do this, then that is their choice, but they are missing out, as ad revenue is a reliable stream of money for them.

I love that song, I recommend The Nutcracker Suite, trust me, it's a great classical to listen to for Christmas, Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy song was often used in cartoons as I am sure you're aware, but it's not the only song in that which you may like. I don't know if you've got a computer that works with DSD files or not, however there are other websites that host either free or paid for downloads of this album.

Just ordered new PC speakers, 3 way speakers, they won't have a subwoofer for bass extension, but on the plus side they won't cause problems for neighbors. Rubber pads are good at reducing resonance and stuff like that, and thankfully the walls in this house are not paper thin, unlike some homes where neighbors complain about microwave ovens being turned on because somebody else cut corners on construction of their homes.

Brainstorming ideas for my brothers Christmas presents, doing research. They will need a dongle DAC for the IEMs I want to give them. Apple dongle is the obvious choice, but it lacks DSD support. If all they ever use is itunes, Youtube and Spotify, then it shouldn't be a problem.
