  1. Now that I read this... I could, indeed, be wrong, that it's hour rather than monthly, but these are but minute details.
  2. I have been observing this for a bit, but honestly, this is where your argument falls apart. The show's makers are hired to work on the show, not to make episodes. They are being paid monthly for working on the show, regardless if it is patching it up, creating new episodes, going to Bronycon, or sitting back and getting laid at work. So long as you are in the studio and are—meant to be—doing something that you are told to do.
  3. Welcome! Do enjoy your stay, and with a website like this at your disposal, you won't be running out of pony steam anytime soon.
  4. I'd much rather see Gummy than Angel. I don't think an episode aired featuring him that didn't increase my dislike of that little monster even more! That bunny should be condemned.
  5. If that is, indeed, the case, I am now going to invade the fourth wall, enter my computer screen, and forcefully bump myself in line to get one of those ciders. A cider-beer? Oh buck yeah, I have to try this one.
  6. Just a user who lurks a lot, and scratches his head wondering why latest and only visitor to my profile was three months ago, and it was Feld0. Oh, and why I came back after a month to realize someone added me to their friends, when I've not made a single post on this great website.

Hah. I owned an IP.Board for a while, it amazes me how many edits were made into the CSS to make all of this. These edits are very innovative.

oh cool, I never used any IP.Board services before I found this website, also, you probably know this, but anyway, if you want to you can switch to the normal IP.board theme, by using the Change Theme button at the bottom of the page to the right of the RSS feed button. but I mean, it would seem like a waste to not see all this awesome work put into the CSS for this website!

...oops. Put it as a 'waht's on your mind' message instead.

Oh, but I love it! No way I'm changing it back, haha.

  7. The first episode of Season 1. I became a brony at around March, and at that time a user on the forum dedicated to chat about the webcomic TwoKinds had a Pinkie Pie avatar. This avatar made me curious, for I had seen it before, and asked my sister (19) if she knew anything about multicolored horses. She told me she watched, as a kid, a show called 'My Little Pony', which I have never heard of (considering I live outside of the United States/Kingdom, it comes to no surprise). I proceeded to send the user a message, and s/he said that the show is called 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic' and I should check it out. I had proceeded to search 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic' in Youtube, came across the PMV known as 'Happy Ponies', and immediately thereafter searched "season one episode one." ... Imagine my surprise 9 hours later when I realized there were barely a dozen episodes out. I found myself investigating for over an hour in Youtube and Google where could I find the next episode, but I was completely certain that the episode was simply never uploaded. After I checked the list of episodes in Wikipedia, I was completely thunderstruck as I realized the show only first aired in October 2010.
  8. Considering the lack of information we currently have about the pros of being an Earth Pony, I made my decision based around Pegasi and Unicorns wielding the exact same pros and cons Earth Ponies have, in addition to their other pros, thus making them inherently superior. A few months ago, I would have been very much uncertain if I would rather be a Unicorn or Pegasus. I had always adored magic when it comes to fantasy stories, and most of the time I chose a magic-wielding or related class or race: Be it a mage, a sorcerer, a wizard, and the such, and I always loved to build in games like Starcraft II the units known as 'High Templar', who have no autoattack abilities and are purely based around clever usage of their three abilities (a lightning storm, a mana-draining ability that does equal damage to its health, and a merger of two Templar-type units into an 'Archon', which is an enormous unit that cannot cast spells, but deals massive damage.) However, I had, after all, very much loved the more warrior and fight-related races and classes. In Dragon Age, I'd always go Warrior, and in World of Warcraft, my favorite class were Warrior and Paladins. Warriors just have that epic feeling which magi don't offer. But mages are mages man, and considering Twilight Sparkle is best pony, I would have gone for Unicorns. I mean, sure, flight, but what else? However, when Hearth's Warming Eve knocked on my youtube player, immediately Pegasi began contesting Unicorns. They reminded me a bit of that ancient Greece type of fellows. Spear-wielding, they have armor, and if you try to remove Rainbow Dash from your imagination and put a badass commander with a gray beard in her place, and remove the cartoonishn element, damn, that's one badass race to be in. So, in modern times, I'd definitely go for a unicorn. But to serve under such a warrior race with such majestic and awe-inspiring culture, I'd definitely go for Pegasi, if we are talking about those times.
