I've pretty much come across the same transformation, believe it or not. o///o

Sell it on ebay for massive monies. You've just discovered the cure for cancer, what do you do with it?

Should we start some kind of chat group for this? And it would be beneficial to set up some sort of database so we can all edit the same iteration of the program.

Inexperienced? XPI can see where you're coming from, and i agree that in the show they do not work unless united, and we could keep it that way, but there should be some sort of special items that give bonuses when collected. It keeps the game spiced up, and from getting boring too quickly, between the story segments.

Perhaps each of the elements when collected would give some sort of bonus/power to one or all of the members of the party? Maybe something of a special combat ability, that becomes more powerful with each element collected?

I would like to extend a hoof to sign onto this job. I have extensive experience with all things RPG maker, i've had alot of practice with every version. I can make art (Not amazing, but pretty good) But more properly i'm quite good at writing (I've been a regularly practicing dungeon master for 12 years, have my entire own campaign setting) and i'm fairly good at coding with the system. (Created day to night systems, custom leveling interfaces, etc.) I would love to help with your rpg, it would help take my mind of off things as of late.

I can relate to this well. Unfortunately, i write my best poetry depressed.. so i cannot hope to write like this at all, but maybe if stuff goes down the drain, then i could possibly match poetic wits with you. ^^

Uhm... dead island.

I have actually. There is a place in tullahoma tennesse named south jackson. I used to a civil war hospital back in the day, now it is an arts centre. Let me tell you, at night time the place is creepy. in the auditorium, on the balcony, there is a seat that will mysterious come down without any one meddling. If you sit in it, another will go down nearby, as a chill runs up your spine. Shit you not, i witnessed it. Door were slammed with no-one there, and we had some crazy things come up on our ghost radar. Yes, ghost radar. Its an app for smartphones. Now, if you're anything like me, you don't believe it. Thats a stupid idea how could that possibly work. We eventually walked into a dark room, and then the ghost radar says (It apparently picks up low frequency sound waves) coat. We look over in the corner, and sure enough, there is a coatrack with a single coat on it, and in the pocket there is a namecard. An old one. Later we went upstairs. on attempt to open a door, there was a force pushing us back, and the radar said "Dick". Are you kidding me? That ghost just called us dicks. Later we go in a room, and the radar says tree. In the corner of the room, there is a christmas tree. It then says flag ground, and at our feet, sure enough, is an american flag. It sounds farfetchd, but this all really happened. Later we had described to us by single words, a murder. The ghost said it was an accident. We looked up records, and once again, we were surprised to find a man murdered there by the same name the ghost supplied us with. A harrowing experience, to say the least.
