"First time encountering a gryphon, kind of... fluffy aren't you?" he says lightheartedly, trying to break the tension. "I'm Drone 8472, most just call me Cricket though." He shifts his gaze towards to door. "So, shall I take a look at that or did we already figure it out?"

I just want to make everyone away that I've got to be at college bright and early tomorrow to setup my classes and stuff, then will be gone most of the day. So I'll be absent overnight and tomorrow, though I'll be back tomorrow evening. Not sure what time I'm going to hit the hay tonight, but I have to be out the door at 6am so probably not nearly as late as I usually do. I'll try to get 8472 someplace that y'all will be fine without input from him until I get back, just assume he's following along if we're on the move or something.

@ 8472 eyes the dagger before shifting his attention to the gryphon. "Well, I'm going to assume no one else here is any good at cracking locks... that tends to be one of my specialties actually. So if you possibly want an easier time getting out of this room, I could take a look at it. Otherwise..." 8472 shifts into a duplicate of the gryphon "let's see what you're made of, featherbrain."

Drone 8472 begins to wake, and upon doing so notices that he is in the presence of several others, a couple of ponies and oddly enough a gryphon. It also appears he is no longer in town, and it would seem that his hood has decided to take rest on his shoulders rather than do it's duty and keep him covered. As he sits up he looks towards the pony lying on the ground next to him, then to the ones who are already awake. "So, I take it there's no hiding the fact I'm a Changeling?" "Stupid hood" he says under his breath. "Since I'm not dead, I guess neither of you are of the kill on sight mentality. So, where are we and did anyone else see that figure in the sky back in town?"

What I want to know is, how long have you been playing WoW though? I started back in the original Vanilla beta, and played up through Cata. I thought WotLK was decent, Cata was ok at best. I enjoyed Vashj'ir and the whole Egyptian theme zone, but the game was getting worse and worse because of the community and hand holding. Now I know WoD isn't going to do anything for the community problem, but how is the game? Is it closer to Vanilla/BC or is it just Cata/MoP 2.0? I played the MoP beta BTW, so I know what it was like. WoD has me somewhat interested in WoW again from just what I know, which is location and awesome new models. But I need more info from long time players, at least those that remember the glory days of BC.

That I'm not sure of, I've not played Oblivion is years, and if I ever do again it'll probably be because I'm suicidal. Stupid frikkin oblivion gates... As for what's in ESO, I can't comment there either. I played for only a few hours in the beta and then deleted off my pc. Did not like it. And as for Sword Art Online, no clue what that is other than what I just saw in the wiki summary. Sounds interesting, though not usually my style.

No such thing, hunting bow is the lowest form. An iron bow though, that would do some serious damage if you could bend it. Well, then again maybe not since it wouldn't spring back. And ugh, Imperial will insta kill you? What is this, some filthy Stormcloak recruitment scam?! Not even the Windhelm guards attack me in full Imperial gear! (j/k of course)

Drone 8472 is standing in front of the banner vendor stall in the market, selling a bunch of junk that was recently acquired and has been slowing him down considerably. Most of the locals have darted indoors that were in the general vicinity when he approached, and the vendor is clearly on edge while taking part in the transaction.

Yup yup, mage armor just wouldn't be very fitting in my case. And hey, if someone can marry Twilight, you should be able to change your real name to Fluttershy.

Been playing Skyrim almost non-stop for the past few days anyways, so here I go. Even made a new OC just for this, since my current one and only pony OC wouldn't last two minutes in the Elder Scroll world. lol Account name: Mane-iac Character name: Drone 8472 (Most just call him Cricket) Age: 27 Race: Changeling Class: Shadow Archer? (basically a range focused stealthy character) Gear: Basic Changeling military kit (think Leather Armor but with a Black Mage Hood, Imperial Bow, Iron Arrows) Main skills: Archery, Sneak, Lockpicking, Light Armor Appearance: Just your run of the mill changeling grunt. If not currently shape shifted, hood is almost always up. Backstory: Was a part of Queen Chrysalis's Canterlot invasion force, flung into the far reaches of the Everfree Forest after the magic explosion cleansed the city of all changelings. Since then there has been no word from the Queen, so he has taken up residence in the forest and ventures into town when needed. Most of the ponies are frightened by him, but he has managed to show that he means no harm and is just after supplies. Several fillies get a kick out of his shape shifting ability and annoy him constantly whenever they can, luckily he can just fly off and shift shape to get away from them when he wants to. He has decided to mainly just lay low and wait to hear from the Queen, though these ponies are starting to grow on him... How's that look?

Let's see, I'm 27... Things I hate about being 27... I look younger than I am. People usually assume my younger sister is older than me, not just that, but that she's older than I actually am! Being short doesn't help my case though I guess. Even though I'm very mature, I don't feel as old as I am. People judge you for liking cartoons and toys, telling you to grow up and throw those things out. I can't hang out with the younger crowd that I seem to get along with better. Things have been rough for me the past 10 years and I still don't have my life together. If I want to gripe about it, people once again just tell you something like "welcome to being an adult". I'm unemployed and because of my age, "lack of experience" (grew up on a working farm which doesn't count I guess), lack of a piece of paper... most places just seem to brush me aside. I've always felt I was born in the wrong generation and would have fit in better living my life during the 50s. As much as I love technology, things overall seemed simpler. I've only had one girlfriend and any I get from this point forward are probably more interested in getting married and having kids, two things I'm not so sure about. I just want to be with someone basically. Of course we need to get along great and all that but... different topic.

Don't know what it is. *looks it up* UK only, that explains it. Seems to be similar to Squirt, which I love, so I'd probably enjoy it. Squirt is about the only citrus type soda I care for. Though I don't drink much soda at all anymore, used to be addicted to Mt Dew when I was growing up, but gave it up and have been much much better without it. Now I can't stand the taste of it unless it's Throwback.

I know you already bought the M8, but I just wanted to comment that Microsoft is looking to bring Android app compatibility to Windows Phone. Once this happens it might be enough to get me to switch, even if I have been happy with my Samsung phones for many many years, Nokia makes great stuff too so I won't feel too bad.

Question, are the changelings able to shift shape? Like can they apply a "camouflage" or "form steal" of sorts instead of normal sneak? It would allow them to be seen while "sneaking", but the observer would think it was the pony the changeling is disguised as unless their "intelligence" or something was much higher than the changelings "sneak" skill? idk, just trying to see how the changelings are being handled.
