I reckon she vents her anger through the civilised sport of "bear wrestling". Having seen her fight a bear once (well, ''massage"), I believe that she uses bear wrestling as a way to let her rage out of the closet. Only the bears know her true anger...

Honestly, this to me seems like the best answer. I mean the first time I saw this I couldn't believe my eyes. Fluttershy was beating up a bear...later you find out it's massaging. But dang that is some aggressive massaging. I mean even the bear cried during the thing.
