I almost forgot how much I truly loved Cardcaptor Sakura! Thank you for reminding me. As soon as I finish "Ghost Stories" (The anime with the funniest English Dub ever!) I'll probably watch the whole series again, followed by the movies. I have the whole series on actual legally purchased DVDs. That's how much I love it! I think I watched it last about two years ago. Here's a helpful tip. Stay away from the abomination of the English Dub "Cardcaptors" It was awful! "Ghost Stories" on the other hand, vastly improved a slightly boring anime with over the top non-PC humor.

One Piece We Are, great beat really gets into the adventurous spirit of the series.

The 1st Naruto Shippuden opening really gets you pumped up, it is almost like getting an injection of coffee in the back of the head.

 

 

Dragon Ball Z's We Gotta Power also gets me pumped

 

 

 

Outros:

 

One Piece Memories really gives a strong sense of nostalgia along with a bit of melancholy that acts a perfect compliment to the intro.

 

 

 

Dragon Ball Z We Were Angels for the same reasons as the above.

Another opening I have not seen mentioned, however, is the Mushishi opening. It's such a fantastic anime, and the opening reflects how calm, moving, and artistically stunning the series is.

 

 

Basically, just go do yourself a favor and watch both. I know this is *DUN-DUN-DUN* not strictly on the precise topic, but this piece from DTB is also just amazing.

My favorite anime opening is Red Fraction. It's the opening song for an awesome anime called Black Lagoon. I fell in love with this song the first time I heard it. It's so catchy!

 

 

My favorite anime ending is Lacrimosa. It's the first Black Butler ending song. It's a pretty song, in my opinion.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who remembers Adventures of the Little Koala. I still know all the lyrics. That show was my shit back in 1990, that, The Littl' Bits, and David the Gnome. It's shows like this that made me a sucker for great intros and outros.
