@@Hypn0ticD,You know it's getting a bit tiring having to chase off Stephen. It's certainly not in character of the Queen to chase him a second time. Not to mention it's not at all wise for him to leave her alone. On the one hand i'm thinking of having her storm off on her own on the other hand she's not that dumb as to abandon her guide. So i'm going to settle for her aggressively dragging him to a nearby toilet where she can showoff her powers and convince him this is for the best... however figuring out this will go into god-mody territory i would like your opinion first.

Everyone, I have a bit of bad news... it's been brought to my attention that Nios has been banned, and as such leaves the roles of Diego's Finder as well as Queen Chrysalis open, both of which will need to be resolved.

 

Now, I could pair Diego with someone else, preferably someone already in America, but what about the role of Chrysalis? Should I open it up and have someone else apply, or should I continue the RP without her? Any and all input will be appreciated!

Really, man thats bad. I would make an offer but honestly I cant play any of those characters. It would seem at bit of a shame to wipe Chrysalis off the face of the planet but applications take time......whatever you want to do I suppose.

If we leave out Chrysalis, it'd leave Cicada feeling alone, which could be good or bad depending on how you look at the plot that could unfold. Meaning it could give us an important plot point and possibly a greater motivation to get back for some characters.

 

If we leave the slot open, we could get someone who wouldn't know how to handle her character and wouldn't be a good fit. Or we could get someone who plays her even better than Nios. But most likely, not many people will want to play her anyway.

So we have to choose the lesser of two evils so to speak, either we risk giving the position to someone who cant play it well or cut out a character thats been there since the beginning which is a bit jarring to the RP as a whole. Your call guys

In the hypothetical event we open the role of Chrysalis to applicants, anyone we get for playing Chrysalis would probably be different from Nio's portrayal of her, which might be a little jarring in itself, but I've got an explanation for any differences. She was already a bit love-starved, right? It might've affected the mind and made it difficult to think clearly.

 

I would offer to play her myself, but I've already got Pinkie, Alex and Aegis. Though, Pinkie and Alex are both waiting for Astral Legend, who hasn't posted in this RP for quite some time. Maybe I could give up Pinkie to someone else and play Chrysalis for the time being?

 

Just a suggestion to help sort out this mess.

@@Hypn0ticD, @@Windbreaker, I say let Windbreaker play Chrysalis for the time being, so we're not stuck having to wait for somepony to sign up. I could take on Pinkie temporarily as well; kinda like musical chairs! XD

 

Re: Diego... maybe Cat could find him? I know that she's currently on a plane with Cicada (and Terra, who I assume is just going to be retconned out of the RP) but maybe she could see him at the airport? Cicada would know that he's an Equestrian.

Just to let everypony know: I am moving house next week, on the 8th of November to move in with my fiance. This will disrupt my internet for an undetermined time, as I'll have to sort out a new account. I will try and post on the RP at least once a week at the library til I get my access back. Just giving a heads up to everyone.

Well I'd like to apply for Chrysalis as well. I think I could play her rather well. The only two problems are that I'm rather busy with college. Especially the next few weeks, since I'm taking an online class in addition to my normal classes. The second problem is that my Chrysalis would be quite different from Nios' character.
