What does everyone think of season 5 so far? Only one more episode left!

I love this show so much. Season five has been great so far.

 

Don't read it if you don't want ...probably important spoilers.

 

Yeah...In the books Stannis didn't do that...so...you know... also it's not coincidence that Davos gave her that wooden deer

I can't... believe that just happened. I was so happy and excited to hear that Benjen had returned! Fuck Alliser and Olly. First he kills Ygritte, now Jon?! I really hate that kid now. How could Jon Snow just die like that??!?? Maybe he's not dead???? I dunno though, he sure looked dead. Jon Snow was supposed to be the prophecy, or whatever!    The only thing that I noticed is Melissandre is at Castle Black so maybe she will resurrect him??

 

And of course they had to villainze Stannis before killing him too. As soon as that army of horses started surrounding his little group of soldiers, I knew he was screwed. And of course he's killed by Brienne of fucking Tarth who also killed another one of my favorites. I hate her now too.   Maybe he's not dead either...? The shot cut off right when Brienne swung her sword.

 

How could this happen? 

 

Dany looks like she's in trouble with an army of Dothraki surrounding her, do they know she was Khal Drogo's wife?

 

I actually felt kinda bad for Cercei for some reason. That was crazy!    But the freaking mountain is back... ughhhh, So Oberyn died for nothing. 

 

The one positive of this episode is that at least Ramsay's little girlfriend got what she deserved. And Theon finally did something! 

 

I feel like TOO much happened in this episode, it wasn't long enough. But overall it was fun to watch, even though it was traumatizing.   Now I can't wait for season 6! I'm sorry for rambling so much but that episode was just crazy!

This is worse than the red wedding to me. Jon Snow has always been my favorite character, and I've always been a supporter of Stannis.

I kinda thought he would die, but I didn't think it was going to come so quickly and I still wasn't ready for it. -- Stannis, that is.

God... My favorite scenes were the ones, where they didn't show the death of the characters. I don't think that Jon "died" ,moreover, I was waiting his eyes turn to blue and Melissandre's presence makes sense. Theon was a big surprise but why? Okay I know, let Theon be a good guy but I don't understand why now. My thoughts about Stannis: Why? You were supposed to be the chosen one!!! Seriously he had the biggest chance and he had everything to be the king. This "Kill my own daughter" bull**** is the other thing I don't understand but nwm. Oh and the Many-Faced God's temple, oh yes that was worth an another "WHAAAT??" Well, this was a pretty good episode and the whole season was very good.

finished s5 i dont like how different it is from the source material though the fight scenes makes up for it

 

and i wont be watching GoT s6 s7 anymore till the books are finished even though i love the tv series i cant have it spoiling the novels for me

I highly doubt that this is the last we hear of Jon Snow. Remember a certain witchy female ginger that's lurking around? Remember the Brotherhood without Banners? Remember that certain witchy female ginger still being powered up by Shireen's cinders? Jon Snow just has too much plot armor for his story to end here.

Anyone else excited for season 7? I kinda feel sad since we're only getting 7 episodes; on the other hand, I feel like it's gonna be some damn good 7 episodes!

Recently started watching this show back in the summer when Season 7 aired. I managed to catch up in 2 weeks.

I'm also reading the books while I wait for Season 8, which is gonna take a loooong time to happen.

My 10 favorite characters (in no particular order) so far have got to be The Hound, Arya Stark, Tyrion, Jon Snow, Ramsey Bolton, Tormund, Melisandre, Tywin Lannister, and Ser Davos.

Also, is it weird that my favorite scenes in the show are the ones where a large group of protagonists are gruesomely killed off en masse? The Battle of Blackwater, The Red Wedding, The Battle of Hardhome, The Sept of Balor Destruction Scene, etc.? My sadistic mind must really enjoy seeing the good guys lose miserably.
