It's not good, but calling someone a disgusting person based on something they drew on the Internet isn't all that great, either....I mean, the creator acknowledges that the behavior depicted in this comic is hurtful, and also shows that he cares for Derpy--"doing hurtful things to your waifu", a title usually reserved for characters for which you hold some affection.It's not pleasant to look at, but I also don't think it warrants labeling the creator as a fucked up person. edit: It's not exclusively Derpy: there are charts of these for almost every pony, including Twilight, Pinkie Pie, and some OCs....
