J.J 930 June 29, 2022 Share June 29, 2022 I get like an HR or 2 tops, I really struggle with getting a good night's sleep, and it's even worse now that I have to sleep with my back elevated bc of my esophagus and stomach problems. Hellish, wish I could get 8-10 hrs lol
Ashen Pathfinder 16,165 June 29, 2022 Share June 29, 2022 Not typically; it;s just getting to bed is the problem as I tend to be a night owl. In addition, waking up is more a problem for me lol. ExplosionMare 25,500 June 30, 2022 Share June 30, 2022 Lately I've been struggling a little bit because I've been having weird dreams. My brain has enjoyed lately taking seemingly innocent parts of my day and turning them into a dark or confusing mess. 1 Boom!

KPackratt 1,169 February 13 Share February 13 I struggle with sleeping most of the time. For some reason, I find it easier to fall asleep in the afternoon as opposed to at night on certain days.

Cash In 23,332 April 24 Share April 24 I have for the majority of my life. Fortunately, I've been on medication for it since 2022 and it has helped a fair bit. I can actually achieve the recommended eight hours that alluded me for so long!! 1 At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do. Iforgotmybrain 7,724 April 25 Share April 25 I think I’ve replied to a thread that was similar to this one before. Either way, I always struggle with falling asleep. On a good night it takes me maybe 20-30 minutes to actually fall asleep. On a bad night it’s multiple hours. And when I do get to sleep I have a hard time waking up. Which I guess is better than struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep?
Snow 8,852 April 25 Share April 25 Thankfully not too often, it really does bite the nights that I do end up laying awake for ages. Of course those are usually the nights I have an especially early wake up fast approaching. 38 minutes ago, Iforgotmybrain said: 20-30 minutes to actually fall asleep. That’s rough man, very glad that you can at least stay asleep, I feel especially bad for the light sleepers. 20 hours ago, Cash In said: I've been on medication for it since 2022 and it has helped a fair bit. Gee, I’m super glad to hear you’ve had that success man! Sleep ain’t no joke so that is an awesome improvement. 1 beans

OverTheStars 325 April 29 Share April 29 When I was little I had a lot of issues with sleeping. I hated going to bed for that reason since I'd just be laying in the dark bored. Nowadays I fall asleep really quick and sleep like a rock for a little, but then wake up way too early and struggle with getting back to sleep. Justice Hoof 20 July 1 Share July 1 Yes. Every time I close my eyes I'm pledged by the memories of traumas past. Some don't care, some disregard and tell me to push through. At the end of the day I'm drained, tired, and want enteral sleep. I love my job, and the jobs I've had in the past, but the things I've done, seen, and been through make it difficult. The constant ringing in my ears, and the deafening sound that the silence brings is enough to keep up the heaviest sleeper. I find myself thinking of all the good I've done and look toward the good I know I can do, and finally I can sleep.
Longhaul 9,552 August 4 Share August 4 I do, mostly because my legs refuse to stop twitching and I can never get comfortable. Thankfully I was able to get on some meds that help with that and I sleep a little better, at least until they wear off. 1 1 Signature wanted -- inquire within
