technical issue notification glitch

I've been having this problem as well. Those little numbers in the tab no longer appear, whether I have notifications or not. Even the little notification bar thingamajig doesn't show the new notifications unless I refresh the entire page.

This has been resolved, changed somethings yesterday and forgot to update the notification service. Sorry!
