I'll be posting here and on my blog about the the dragon artwork till it's done so let's begin shall we?

 

currently only have an outline of the head, but I'll continue on to the body when I'm ready.

So here's update 2 of this dragon, now he have a body, tail, head and 1 leg.  Poor dragon, he has only 1 leg...

Maybe, but am not very familiar with the blue eyes shining and the hydreigon though I know what the regular blue eyes looks like.

The dragons from the other shows are much more complex than Pony's

Lol, I added the black because it makes it easier to see the outline I'm making and the gray and dark gray squares in gimp make my eyes see two things instead of one thing instead.  I'll eventually add color and a background eventually

New update, has a wing and 2 more legs so here it is

Now I know this may not seem to be much of an update, but here is what I got currently.

 

Now I know it may seem silly to be trying to add a background, but I think it would be more beneficial if I did this first before coloring the dragon and plus it gives me ideas of what to do next.  now the background isn't exactly eye level, however it is in the same view point as the dragon so yeah, here you go.

Background update this time and it looks better, but we'll start coloring soon, don't worry.

Ok so after 5 or 6 hours of shading on one part of it looks like...

 

The rest are a ice bluish color currently, but eventually will look like that one with the shading and the dragon isn't there cause we're currently working on the background now.
