Who is yours? Most people seem to like either Darth Vader or Darth Maul the most and alot of people talk about General Grievous.

I for one am a Count Dooku fan. He's the most underrated Star Wars villain ever imo. He's brilliant and dignified in addition to powerful. And I also really love his lightsaber and fighting style.

I think he is freaking awesome...

I would say my favorite is Darth Vader. Like how dressed up he is and how his voice is perfect villain-sounding. Also, the fact that he's actually Luke Skywalker's dad makes it more interesting.

Boba Fett. There is no question in my mind. To the sheer badassery, to the intrigue and mysterious demeanor, to the dedication to his father's memory, to maintaining a degree of honor in spite of his line of work, Boba is one of my favorite characters in all of media.

He was not a force user, had to take control of an Imperial fleet that was shaken after the loss of the second Death Star and the loss of Palpatine and Vader, and still yet had the New Republic on their knees.

I second this, though since this particular piece of EU isn't canon anymore I would say Grand Moff Tarkin is my favorite of the "villains"(Don't really see Imperials as villains, though Tarkin definitely was one, horrible person)

Darth Vader. When I was a big fan of Star Wars when I was young, he was the villain that I liked the most. I like him so much as a villain that I enjoy listening to a band called Vader lol

Gonna have to go with Lumiya, from EU (or Legends, I guess it's called now).

 

 

She's Sith, but she's like a next level Sith. She isn't all about personal power, but helps others along a greater plan for Sith domination. In fact, she willingly sacrifices herself to further the plan and take suspicion off her apprentice so he can succeed.

Plus, that apprentice was the son of Han and Leia and a very powerful Jedi until she corrupted him. She also came very close to bringing Luke to the dark side.

I'm probably not in the majority here, but General Grievous is my favorite. The reason why, I suppose, is because of his sheer mercilessness. I mean the Sith Lords still have a little bit of Jedi decorum left in them. Vader and Dooku would probably let you live if the conditions allowed for it. But Grievous was never a Jedi, and would therefore tear you asunder as soon as look at you!

 

Fun fact: General Grievous has white armor because he was designed by a Chinese guy, and in Chinese culture, white is the color of death.

Darth Bane without a doubt, he destroyed the Sith order and rebuilt it under the Rule of Two. One master to have the power, and the other to crave it. His first priority was to the Sith order, the purpose of his Rule of Two was that each generation would become stronger because to advance to the level of master they had to defeat their master and so on.

Had a hard time choosing which one was my favourite. Jango Fett, Savage Opress, Maul, and Palpatine, among others are amazing, but if I had to choose, I'd have to go with Darth Nihilus. 

 

EDIT: I'm switching it to Jango. Anyone who can kill Jedi with his bare hands deserves notoriety.

Zayne Carrick, without a doubt.



Zayne is the everyman that I can easily identify with. He's a bit of a fuck up, but he also means well, and is, for all intents and purposes, the quintessential Jedi, even though he ended up leaving the order, following the showdown at the Draay estate that ended the threat of Haazen's insurrection. He exposed the Jedi Covenant, made his master see the error of his ways, threw a monkeywrench into The Crucible's operations and got the girl as icing on the cake. What's not to like?
