@Lordav, This is a far more accurate visual representation of the blockade. Don't forget that every pixel is 10 miles across more or less,so it's a lot bigger than it looks.

3. The chain with contributes to the spinning of the second gear wheel

4. The second gear wheel which spins the drive axle

5. The drive axle which when rotated pulls or pushes the Jackshaft

I know the time of pardoning has been up for I think a little over month now, but I am extending it to halfway through June. This applies to all. If needed to progress the role play, I will take control for an inactive nation, if it's role player fails to respond after a certain amount of time to a post and then a PM. If you are aware that a nation is inactive, please don't take any actions that largely involve it, until it is said that this is fine.

Clips may be used, but in moderation, and for specialty uses only. All weapons with a clip, are to be single action, meaning the round must be loaded into the chamber before and after firing, none shall possess a weapon that automatically fires every time the trigger is pulled. If you wish to have weapons with clips, you must go through the process of gun development. No skipping steps in gun progression. You must also submit an original design for approval. You may use the designs of other guns and magazines, and present them by image or typed detail, that would explain how it functions and show your understanding of the concept. Use of these will not be immediately permitted. Mention me so I am aware that you seek approval, or if you have any questions.

 

Also, engines may not be fueled by oil, or oil based products. You may use it for other means though. Like I said above, ask if you have any questions

Making an adjustment to the introduction of clips to the roleplay. Clips, or Magazines rather, must consist of a single piece that holds projectiles. This means that we will not have magazines that move projectiles up towards a weapons groove or chamber by springs, bands, or compressed material decompressing or being released to apply pressure. Belts/chains are also not permitted. Approval is of course still required and you may ask questions if you have any.

It's a volcanic rock, than floats on water because of how much air is trapped inside through millions of pockets, and for sails being an issue, use one of those magic crystal generator thingies, I can't remember the name exactly. Anyways I'll come up with a design asap.

If you meant why they are volcanic, it's because they come from volcanos. They're not molten if that's what you're thinking. Its strengths are that it floats and there would be plenty of it to work with since Medias is a very volcanic nation and has a large coast line where it would be found. Its weaknesses are that it's not exactly strong against anything on impact so it would need a protective coating and it will absorb water over the course of several years, so it would also need a cover to keep it out.

 

A major issue I came across while researching it, is that it doesn't form in larhe masses. Most of the pumice is the same size as your regular rock, so it's not big enough to work with directly for any building materials in it's natural state. It is used however in concrete after being processed. So rather than build very light ships of pumice, we can build very heavy but still functional concrete ships.

 

Concrete is strong, easilly reinforced by weak fibers, malleable, common place, and cheap. Not as cheap as wood when there is an abundance of it, but cheaper than steal. It's only major issue is that its weight would make it slow.

Thank you for telling me that you'll be away. I believe that immediately after everyone finished their academic work which had slowed this roleplay to a call, that most went on vacation, which is why it's still at such a slow pace.

Hey there Sharp. Now I have other problem when I finally got time to translate your English.

 

Remember that Crystal Lands doesn't have any metal materials. It also includes concrete. Its "metal like" thing right? Plus: I don't really know how to continue the RP from my part, as I am kind of puzzled of this concrete and lack of material things. Also. I have no idea how pumice and concrete could be mixed and build any kind of ships.
