technology iPod 5 technical problem: Screen slightly moves.

I have an iPod 5.

I've dropped it only a few times.

It has no scratches or marks on it, so it's appearance is still good.

But once in while, ever so slightly, I hear a slight creaking sound when I tap on the screen.

Not only that, but I also feel a very very slight movement on the screen.

This only lasts up to 10 seconds, then stops.

The screen doesn't appear to be moving, but it slightly feels and sounds like it's moving.

 

Has anyone experienced problems similar to this?

And can someone help?
