What would happen if a pony went to the human world but stayed permanently human

What do you think would happen to fim if twilight stayed permanently human after she came back from the human world. Personally, i think it would be a very serious thing for equestria.

I think everyone in equestria would panic as well as the fans because ponies in equestria wouldn't know what twilight was and would probably think she was some evil monster. I don't know why this would happen though.
