Namename. 275 February 7, 2015 Share February 7, 2015 I am trying to create a transparent background for one of my drawings so I can upload it to Redbubble without the "white background." When you see the colorless checkerboard pattern, that means it is transparent, yet when I upload it, it doesn't have the effect. I am using paint.net Help me! _Kurtis 636 February 7, 2015 Share February 7, 2015 Perhaps you saved it as a .jpeg? Saving it as a .png will keep the transparent background, however saving it as a .jpeg keeps the white background.
Chatterbox 25 February 7, 2015 Share February 7, 2015 If it is a file type that supports transparency, maybe try copying everything into a new document and saving it under a different name. Only try this if Generosity's idea doesn't work.
Admiral Regulus 2,769 February 7, 2015 Share February 7, 2015 (edited) You have to save the file as a .png. Try that and see if it works. Edited February 7, 2015 by Admiral Regulus Tumblr
