What exactly happened to glaze? He hasn't done or was part of a brony song in almost 2-3 years. What happened?

First of all, Glaze is a guy. He just has a female OC. I'm surprised people are still getting confused about this.

 

Anyway, I think Glaze just went the way other brony musicians did. They want to become more 'professional' and do more than just create remixes of MLP songs. They want to become more popular with the rest of the world and create songs that'll appeal to everyone.

 

Which is actually kind of funny because Glaze's popularity seemed to have actually dropped when he stopped making MLP music. :\
