Good news everypony!

I found one of the matches from my WrestleCon weekend.

Straight out of Joey Ryan's Phallus Festival.

It's Impact's Knockouts vs. ROH's Women Of Honor in a fight for the face paint.

I'm the one in the wXw hat, if you manage to see me.

Check it out. Muscle & Fitness scored an interview with (then) IWGP Junior Heavywieght champion Taiji Ishimori. Surprising they'd move out of their comfort zone and give a non-WWE guy some spotlight.

Good interview, apart from getting the end result of his title match at the garden wrong.

So, war machine/ war raiders have been called down to the main roster. Problem is they're not called that anymore.

They are now

:yuck:

WWE just keeps getting more and more confusing with these guys.

I guess that's probably the best we're gonna get.

Though I am disappointed that they didn't do:

  • The Ragnarok n' Roll Express
  • The Broad SHIELD
  • The Scandinavian Era
  • The Blood Brothers Of Destruction
  • Los Nórdico Guerreros
  • Valhalla's Greatest Tag Team
  • The Sword Edge Society
  • Team Hel No
  • Besties Best For Battle
  • The Deleter of Realms
  • The Bludgeon Brothers
  • The  ᛒ  team
  • Three Millennium Warning
  • The Wild Asgardians
  • D-Generation Axe
  • Norsemen on a Mission

Vince McMahan has officially lost it.

Spoiler

They repackaged Bray Wyatt as a Pee Wee Herman style character.

I dunno. I think this actually has potential. Like Blue's Clues meets Nightmare on Elm Street. Certainly a step up from how his Eater of Worlds gimmick ended up.

First off, I'm happy for Bray for getting into shape, he looks like a totally different person. :o

Now, speaking on his new gimmick, I wonder if Bray is going to keep his old finisher or if he's going to use something else?

Bray Wyatt is such a seller! He's fantastic!

One good thing about Bray Wyatt is he puts his all into whatever ridiculous gimmick WWE saddles him with.

Unless your name happens to be Husky Harris.

I think that was meant to be a throwback to old school wrestling names. Vince *is* stuck in a time warp, remember? :P

If by old school you mean the mid-90s, then apperently yes.

I'm sure wrestling promotions had wrestlers with names that were similar to "Husky Harris" before the mid-90's.

After playing a series of matches for the United States Championship on WWE2K19,

I would *really* like to see Adam Cole vs Dolph Ziggler for real. :wau:

Alright folks. Best of the Super Juniors is once again upon us. Starting on the 13th through the 5th, we'll be getting some of the best junior heavyweight matches on earth.

Brackets have just been announced.

Confirmed entrants
Block A Block B
Dragon Lee   Bandido
Jonathan Gresham   Bushi
Marty Scurll   El Desperado
Shingo Takagi   El Phantasmo
Sho   Flip Gordon
Taiji Ishimori   Robbie Eagles
Taka Michinoku   Rocky Romero
Tiger Mask   Ryusuke Taguchi
Titán   Will Ospreay
Yoshinobu Kanemaru   Yoh

And yes, you are seeing this list correctly. This'll be the first super juniors to feature a field of twenty.

Any predictions on who will win? Any matches you're looking forward to?

Gresham vs. Scurll sounds like it'll be a technical master piece. Takagi vs. Lee is a clash of the most powerful guys in the division. And I would love to see rematches of Will Osprey vs. Flip Gordon and Bandito. Plus there's all the rare inter-faction matches. Three on the CHAOS side (Osprey, Romero, Yoh), one on Suzuki-gun (Kanemaru vs. Michinoku) and one for Bullet Club between Robbie Eagles and the debuting El Phantasmo. Apparently one of the best high flyers in the U.K. I expect that he'll be making a big splash come his match on night 2.

We're also set for another debut come the final, as Juice Robinson will defend his U.S. title against a mystery challenger with a biker motif. Finger's crossed that it's Matt Cross/ Son of Havoc.

And finally if you haven't heard, two matches have been confirmed for NJPW's summertime supershow Dominion.

Ibushi will defend his IC title against Naito in a G1 Supercard rematch.

And Okada will defend the Heavyweight belt against Chris Jericho.

Y2J has the chance to bring the IWGP Heavyweight title over to AEW.

Still can't believe in the year of our Dark Lord Karl Gotch two thousand and nineteen that Taka Michinoku is in Best Of The Super juniors.
