Pink Lightning is a Pegasus that literally flies everywhere because as a filly her wings were not big enough for her to fly with so now she uses them for everything.

It's a good head drawing thing. Maybe colour a bit more so it looks more colourful, like where it isn't coloured fully. Hope to see moar of your stuff.
