Can a whole game count?  :P Tomb Raider (2013 Reboot) had such an emotional campaign in my opinion, I couldn't pick out one specific moment...But the story was like any good movie; characters you cared about and cried your eyes out when they died  ^_^

I felt very emotional in the ending of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Darkness... I still haven't gotten the money for the one on the 3DS, is it as awesome as the DS one ?

I have to say that, to this day, I haven't felt as sad as when I watched and played through the ending of The Walking Dead... I was depressed for, at least, a month. I couldn't stop asking myself if Clemmy would be fine. It started getting annoying after a while...

Most emotional part in my favorite game: Aggro's "death". It's not as sad as the ones before in my opinion, but it still depresses me so much I just gotta kill that last boss jerk!

Before I forget, there's also Joel's daughter's death from The Last of Us. That was just so sad! ;-;

There's a DS Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game, the one I finished. I was asking if the one on the 3DS was just as awesome as the one I finished.

They're all pretty much the same. Some have extras after the end, some don't, but that's about the only difference between them.

The ending to Shadow of the Colossus is very thought provoking.

"Malus had a perfect view of every beam of light. He knew you were coming. He wanted vengeance for his lost brethren. He dreaded the day you would come. He didn't want to die. The music captures every emotion, and when you hear it, you know who the real monster was."

Anything to do with The Cat Lady, the game altogether is an emotional roller coaster. I'm not going to spoil anything but it delves amazingly into the topic of depression with total respect towards the subject matter. The ending itself was extremely bittersweet but well done. The game deserves so much more love and attention, one of the best games ever honestly.

The Last of Us

Really, that game knew how to play with your emotions. The writers could pull off the sad, mad, and terrifying scenes off quite well; it's amazing what a masterpiece they achieved with it.

The ending of Metal Gear Solid 3. I've played it through a million times and that ending brings a tear every time.

I have to give a shout out to the Aeris death in Final Fantasy 7. There are many FF moments but I wont get started down that road...

I have to major contenders:

Gears of War 3

Dom's death.

DmC: Devil May Cry

The scene when Kat is trapped in the real world with Dante and Vergil in Limbo and unable to help her. Instead of abandoning her Dante not only tells her to get on her knees and put her hands behind her head to signify surrender but gets down and does it himself even though the people after Kat can't see him. He just wants her to be safe and you can really feel the connection between them in that moment.

The most emotional moment for me was definitely in The Walking Dead Season 1 by Telltale. Not going to say where or when in that, but I will just say, I cried for 3 hours at least after it. It brought me down so much that I had to play something that was even remotely positive afterwards, I could not end the night on that note.

Also MGS4 has some pretty depressing stuff all through the story due to Snake.
