Could there be an evil sprirt of magical power corruption?

Discord is the spirit of chaos and disharmony. So we know that it's possible for there to sprits to embody and represent certain forces.

 

Now my question, is it possible for there to be a spirit(s) that represents the corruption of magical power that unicorns and alicorns are prone too?
