1. Twilight because I relate to her most. Then Fluttershy because of her respect for peace and quietness. Rarity due to our shared dislike for getting ourselves dirty. Applejack next for I appreciate brutal honesty. Pinkie Pie because she's loud and obnoxious. Finally Rainbow Dash because arrogant... and obnoxious. 

 

2. I haven't seen enough of MLP to answer the episode question. XD
