It can be any form of entertainment. In my case it was a game i was a huge fan of called Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. I wished i could be either Sonic or Shadow because i thought they where so cool, ran fast and did awesome cool stuff. And i still love the game til this date.

I grew up a Nintendo kid, but I also had a Sega Genesis with the Sega Six Pak and Sonic 3. And there was one character in particular that I loved and wished I could be: Tails. To be honest, I still kinda do o3o My love for that two-tailed fox is still strong!

My mom choiced the name "Emilia" to me for the books of "Sitio do picapau amarelo" so i used to play with my cousin that i was Emilia (im not a ginger but the name made me she) and it was really nice i even had a custome and well its a awkward story but it was cool

The Jak & Daxter series was probably my favorite game series on the ps2. I can't tell you how many hours I spent playing those 3 games... I really wish Naughty Dog would bring back my two favorite characters. Brings me back and that games series had such great humor in it.

That's not darkness induced audience apathy, D.I.A.A. is when a series contain next to no levity. Even if Ash doesn't win the big tournaments he still beats major gym leaders and powerful pokemon.

If anyone has read the Ranger's Apprentice books by John Flanagan, I've always wanted to be a ranger like Will. Its also why all the coats I've worn in the past 8 years are green
