-I don't mind people having entourages and minions. Of course, they are not supposed to be the focus. But if you have them doing something behind the scenes, message me about it and we can hash out how successful they might be at assigned tasks.

 

Everyone else:

The roleplay itself will begin in an hour or so. Remember, the goal is to accumulate power and influence, and then protect them. Those of you starting off from a position of power, I recommend that you set up what exactly you have under your control in the first couple of posts. Those without, set up where you're starting out from.

 

Additionally, one of the main routes to power is to gain the favor of the Princesses. I'll have a general rating regarding each Princesses's like or dislike of each character (if they know of them). However, you all will have to play it by ear, as in real life.

 

Once the roleplay is progressing well, I'll set up the first Critical Event. These will resemble such events in the Series such as the Gala, major attacks by villains, or anything that would be of nation wide importance. You'll find out what it will be in order to prepare when it's coming up.

oh, and just fyi, Ennex worships Nightmare Moon (not Luna as much), so Luna might be aware of him (your choice).  If anything happens, he would follow Luna/Nightmare...

I prefer something approaching archaeno-tech. It looks like technology and functions like it, but is powered by magic, typically through magically charged runes.

 

That's for more high functioning things however. FiM has shown that there is something like a general understanding of Mechanics in Equestria, evidenced by the trains, printing presses, and so forth.

 

A type-writer wouldn't be out of the question.

There's a feature on the website (if you access it from a computer) where if you highlight part of someone's post, it will give you the option to either quote the highlighted section or mention the member that posted it.

 

Alternatively you can type this with [ ] instead of ( )

And remove the spaces.

At least I think that's it. I could be wrong.
