I've become a better person I think. I was never a very mean person, but I did judge people alot. But, after this great show it showed be not to judge things by the look on the outside. This show has truly changed my life for the better, and same with my friends on the forums.

Keep brony my friends.

I was basically the same person, minus the ponies. I'm still nice, generous, and a very good friend. It's just that when ponies came into my life, my depression went down completely. Ponies are like a magic medicine to cure my anger & depression. *squee* :P

Hmm interesting question, I think before the show, I was a bit more self-conscious, I think that comes with age as well, but this show and the community has really helped me grow as a person. I don't have to justify things to myself anymore. If I like something that is the end of it, I don't feel bad or weird about liking something and being who I am anymore, so that is really awesome.

I would say I've become more tolerant and more accepting. I'm not sure if that was the show in-and-of itself, or if I came to love the show because it was echoing my own evolving perspective.  But yes, I am a different - a better - person since I became a Brony.

I was quite a mean person before I became a brony. I've even said a short story of me becoming a brony. When I became a brony I started to be really nice to people and alot less judgemental.

I was kind of a douche. I made fun of and judged people based on what they watched and played. I even would make fun of my best friend for playing WoW. But then ponies entered my life, and I got a taste of my own medicine. I felt the hate I was giving to others being thrown back at me. It's pretty damn humbling, and I'm grateful for the lesson MLP taught me.

My life when I first left high school wasn't that great.  I still had a lot of issues left over from 11th and 12th grades.  Slowly they started going away though as I found the great website Unikgamer and got a job.  Both of these things made me a lot happier, but MLP: FiM has added a lot too, by being the best show I've seen in years, and the first time I've really been a part of a fandom.

I was depressed. I could not go on with my life. I talked to my doctor and he prescribed MLP. In addition to my regular anti-depressants, MLP has helped me move on and be happy.

Talk to your doctor and see if MLP is right for you. Side effects may include: Kindness, loyalty, honesty, generosity, laughter, and magic, and if you're a horrible person, kidney failure.

It hasn't changed me much tbh. I'm older than most other fans here, so I'm probably more set in my ways-however it does give me a nice viewing option when I'm feeling down.

I've never really cared that much about what others think of me-so I guess I was a natural for this fandom. I tend to have only a few friends, and spend large amounts of time working alone-that makes you pretty self-reliant after a while.

The show makes me happy. That makes the show precious to me, and I'm grateful for it.

Not to be complete snob, but i thought of myself to be atleast somewhat tolerant, and i wouldn't pick on the bronies for watching the show, infact, if they were picked on i'd usually go and defend their views.

I then watched a documentary about them by "Saberspark" and curiosity overwhelmed me for a few days, and i watched the show and oddly liked it!

And now i'm a brony, if anything... my bro-migo-nies  (i dunno... what that was), i have to say that i'm more tolerant now, i try to help my friends be that way aswell, however, just like everyone, i'm not perfect (or even close) but i strive my hardest to be my best.

Plus, i now get to geek over badass pictures like this:
