Yea. Fairy Tail. Though, shows in general, MLP has made me cry before. This thread shouldn't specifically be about anime in my opinion.

Hahaha x3 ...I cry like every anime I watch lol so yeah I guess you mean cry because it's sad... Cause I cry when they are super happy as well :v

This. So much this. Toradora, oh dear those last few episodes, the tears were all over the place =v

But yeah I can't really list any specific animes cause I cry like all the time in them. There was one ep in Madoka Magica I think. I haven't seen Clannad yet but I will asap. I'd probably cry to that stuff too and I don't even know the story yet lol

 

Also, I did cry at season 2 episode 14 of Oreimo. Those who have seen it will know what I mean.
