The text takes up most of the attention. And there's too much of it for me to bother reading as I'm scrolling at lightspeed in a typical thread. The rest of the art is okay. It looks like it was made in a pretty "meh" program.

I would personally change that background to a bit more of a really light purple-y colour to go along with twlot a bit more, but it's still good.

 

I would also move the text down a few notches.

- Not centered. That style of signature looks best centered.

- The links are horrendously bright and colorful. I would make them a less offensive color, such as grey or blue, and also I would have them all on a single line.
