The only complain I have is how the effects on the background from RD's side and Rarity's side doesn't fit in with the background in the middle. It would look nicer if it faded a bit longer - 9.5/10

I like the addition of bubbles, it gives it flair; good gradient and font on the text. I think it would be better if Dash was facing ahead, allowing her mane to cast light behind her without it looking too much like Pinkamena's. 8/10.
