web The Youtube Community

You know, YouTube isn't the enjoyable site it used to be but still a wonderful place to watch original videos by content creators.

though that isn't the case there at all, no no....

There is always that community that is actually a mix of Love, Hate, Salt, Insults, Weird Stuff, More Insults (and Flame wars), and etc.

and you know what community i am talking about
yes, i am talking about the YouTube Community
and although the YouTube community may have Few Nice people there, that doesn't mean  the same for the rest of the YT community,

The YT community is probably one of the most Flaming Communities i have seen and let me set and example for this, when you watch a video regarding a console boosting up sales or PC being the biggest market for game and finish watching it you would be like ''Yes! that awesome, lemme check the comments here'' then you click on the comments and what do you see? Trolls Starting to cause Flamewars and A crapton of Console fanboys insulting PC users and you would be like ''Why''

And The problem gets worse when it comes to bronies (us).
so Say that you are yourself, browsing YouTube, then you decide to comment on the video on how the video was great and etc, then you go away for a few hours, and then 2 hours later, you come back, you see 100+ replies, and those replies are people Calling You ''gay'' for having a Pony as your profile picture, and saying MLP is ''cancer'' .
well, now you see my point here, YouTube may be a Good site for watching videos but the community is just salty and full of trolls that want to cause a lot of flamewars.
Now I am not saying that we should insult Anti-Bronies or Try to stop these wars but these are just my personal opinions about the YT community as a whole.
So, yes, this was my whole opinion on The YT community and how they treat each other in the comments.
Thanks for reading. :D

I would say to ignore flame wars. That's just how the internet is, some people are going to be unpleasant. And as for the hate comments toward bronies, well... not much you can do about that, other than hiding the fact that you're a brony. Overall, I wouldn't sweat it too much.

As Bruh said, flame wars happen every day, hour and minute on youtube. Nothing you can do about it...it's just sad to see people get saddle sore over the tiniest of things...

Oh god, people are just horrible sometimes. They're stupid, though. They think they're intimidating, with their vast use of swear words, and they hope that they come across as better than you. That's what I've gathered from flame wars and such, anyway. It truly does ruin the YouTube community, although I tend to avoid arguments and such. Hate comments annoy me greatly as well. I try to tell the haters that there's no reason to search a certain video or content creator just to criticise them, because they could be watching something they actually like. But they always fight back. That's a sign that we need to avoid them, if they won't accept perfectly valid points such as that.

And yes, I agree that anti-brownies don't deserve complete hate from the MLP community. Then we'd be just as bad as a lot of them. But honestly, as you said, arnoldcoolful, you can leave a simple comment anywhere and have a bunch of people judge you simply by your profile picture. Once, someone decided to be horrible to me because of my Ninjago avatar. If you think about it, would anyone do any of this sort of stuff in real life? I don't think so. If an anti-briny was looking a brony in the eye, I highly doubt they would use the same hateful and harsh language and wording they would use if they were communicating with you via the Internet.

But of course, there are still some awesome elements to YouTube. It may not be the welcoming community it once was, but there are some great, kind, and funny content creators out there who keep it a relatively nice place. It's just the flame wars and hate comments that make the site worse. No wonder some people disable the comments on their videos...

This post ended up far longer and a great deal more serious than I expected it to... But I guess hate and stuff are big issues. As the others said, it's best just to ignore it if you can, because it's pointless and meaningless. Just idiots trying to show off.

Apart from a few Douchebags who called my life pathethic and that i would be a giant waste of life and if i would really think someone would care about me i should commit suicide and some crap like that...

I never really encountered hate after that.

I posted on a Pewdiepie Video once with an pony avatar and someone told me that i was dumb because i was a brony, but this comment was so highly disliked that it was deleted shortly after it was posted.

Another time, someone accused us bronies for spamming sites like deviant art and google and i just got between the conversation and said that it just wasnt true.

The guy claimed you get pony results when you search the guy from Halo for example.

I searched him, looked trough 400 results on Deviantart and found only one pony version and two pokemon versions.

On google i didnt find anything at that time  :ooh:

I told him that and he said that it probably got less over time and that the situation really got better.

Than he did apologize and said he shouldnt judge us and he even called me a nice person

Welcome to YouTube, or the internet in general, rather. Here, we can say what we want with absolutely no repercussions, no matter how malicious our words may be.
