I know, because I dropped like, 10 pounds of fat during football season. I'm not a fat guy, trust me, but I have a very defined face if/when i drop it. Besides that, I look like this. It's obvious to everyone I know when and when I'm not working out regularly, and I honestly haven't doe much since November.
