The fist fight between Snake and Ocelot at the end of MGS 4. It would always be pure luck if I get past the 3rd stage.

Tate and Liza from pokemon emerald. I can beat the sapphire and ruby versions, but when they get Claydol and Xatu in emerald, it usually takes me a good 4 tries to beat them, don't think I'll ever get it on the first try

Dark Bowser & Dark Fawful from Bowser's Inside Story. I don't know why, but I just was never able to do that inhale on the first try, it's always been difficult for me. Maybe if I play through the game again I can do it, but we'll see.
