What would you want to see in a Pokemon game?

What would you want to see in a Pokemon game, if everyone could send in around three suggestions per person? But the rules already said to not say "All the regions, all the Pokemon, romance options, Fallout-style skill checks, and fourty gyms with the Pokemon of enemy trainers scaling in level to match or surpass yours", as those would be ignored.

 

(Also, if I wanted another thread where we discuss Fakemon ideas(Original Pokemon for an original region), would I need to make a separate thread for that, or could we discuss moves, character concepts, movesets, viability in competitive battling, and so on? Or could we do it in this thread?)

Another rival like blue or silver. I'm not saying get rid of the friendly rivals forever, just give us a few more 'evil' rivals. Also, a way for HM moves to exist without having a slave in the party or the HM move taking up a battle move slot on a pokemon you use for battling

I'd like to see an increase in difficulty, tbh. Something to keep me entertained. Most of the pokemon games have been

1.Use a single pokemon, so it is the only one that levels up.

2. Dominate EVERYTHING.

 

If there was a system to prevent that, it'd be better.

 

Another method of obtaining pokedollars would be nice... They tried in X & Y, with the hotel that you could work at, something like that, but on a grander scale would be nice. But, that's just my opinion.

I would like a very in depth backstory where we would have to put the pieces together to discover many mysteries.

Or, something simpler, stop milking Pikachu.

A new main character and a new story with some new mechanics involved with the battling. I would also like to see the Pokemon in full 3D models. Interacting with your Pokemon in a play center would be awesome too, a bit like pet play. Having more visual options for your character like special unlockable items or just more appearance options throughout the game.

I'd like to abandon the gym system and go back towards more of a Pokemon colosseum approach where the entire game is a properly developed story. The current system worked before generation 4, but times have changed.

Back in rby, gsc and even rs (not as much emerald), the elite four were considered the ultimate challenge. They were the climax, everything you did in game was in preparation for the final battles against them and the mysterious champion.

Now however, they are part of the falling action. The games have changed the climax to be about you fighting the evil organization and stopping them from destroying the world with legendary Pokemon. You single handedly take down the entire organization, save the world and even capture the Pokemon they were going to use for their own ends. So now that you've saved the world and own a god of destruction, you're still concerned about being the champion? Come on, nobody will acknowledge you for it anyway!
