Vixen just barely missed the noose but instead felt it as it slapped across the skin of her arm. Her lover was leaving her again. They always left her in the end. That's why she was always going to be alone. She looked up into the eyes of her adversary ready for death.

"Damn, she's even faster than this. Big deal. I can match that, and if I wanted to, surpass it. There's no one alive that is faster than me." Noose adjusted her her position for a landing.... until she saw something black slowly cross her vision, followed by many, many others. "Where the hell did these come from?" Her eyes blitzed around the area. "We're one of the highest buildings in the vicinity. And these things are stretched out from every angle, some going straight to the sky. Meaning these probably aren't natural threads or wires, and that I probably shouldn't be running into them so fast." Noose looked everywhere for a gap. "Nope. I should be running into them faster!" 

Noose increased her speed, specifically within her body. Molecules vibrating at an accelerated rate. Anyone nearby should be able to hear a very high pitched whirring noise. Her body made contact with the first wires, or rather lack of contact. Noose's body went right though. The wires going between her vibrating molecules. She sped though all the black wires, like a ghost. She made her way to the only logical place where there should be no wires: The roof access door. She phased right though it. Silence... for about 5 seconds, before the door was kicked out nearly off it's hinges, and there Noose stood with an M134 minigun at her hip, and instead of a snow camo uniform, trenchcoat & ski-mask was now wearing white tactical armor and a metal helmet & face mask (AKA snow camo Deathstroke)

 

"It seems someone, or something else wants to join our little love fest. Whomever the hell you are, step up so I can kill you, Jugs McGuilicutty and Mr. Texas sharp shooter over here!"

"Sometime, perhaps... However, I'm going to busy, and don't have much time to play... Apologies that I won't be able to have much fun; it's been a blast. Now that you've shown me how some of your reality works, I need to do further experiments. Perhaps, once I've discovered more about your species, I'll return." The raspy hissing echos. More sinister laughter, then a cloud of smoke seems to disappear. It had eyes. Horrid eyes, that would haunt most mortals. It wasn't natural. Wasn't from this world.

Behind the reflective lenses of her white and grey helmet, Noose looked on at the swirling black abomination. She looked into it's eyes, ones that didn't match anything she saw before. A look like that would scare a living soul to their core. 

 

Noose wasn't scared.

 

She may not have seen anything like this. But that didn't mean she hadn't seen worse. She has stared into a particular pair of eyes even more frightening then those. She wasn't scared. One would have to have fear for their own life in order to be scared of anything.

 

"Nice trick. But I've come face to face with far worse than whatever your pretending to be.  If you're truly from out of this world, then whatever you consider misery, is gonna be total bliss compared to experiencing life on Earth."

 

Noose began to step forward, M134 hoisted on her hip. "Now if you aren't gonna participate, then I suggest you leave. I have a duty to perform." She looked up at Vixen, and back down to Shade. But kept her weapon pointed at the swirling black mass.

The thing of shadow seems to tilt it's head, intrigued.

"Duty... Hmm... Perhaps, I'll remain, after all. You intrigue me, peasant; I can't taste any fear from you. Continue fighting for my enjoyment!" The creature exclaims. It's shady form becomes suggestive of a lounging man. Some sort of aura starts coming from buildings nearby, as he feeds of the fear of those nearby. He seems to become more powerful, to those who can sense that kind of thing.

"Hmph" smirked to herself."Boy isn't this dweeb an honest and humble?" she lifted her mini gun and trained it on him. "No hope. No fear." Her M134 began whirring to life. "Enjoy this!" She began firing a stream of armor piercing incendiaries towards the shadowy figure.

As the rounds whizz through it, it makes a yawning gesture, eyes narrowing slightly, in annoyance.
"Do you mind? I was enjoying some wonderful chaos!" It speaks with an aggravated tone. "Return to playing with your toy, before you bore me."
It feels annoyed, that the thing is wasting what's likely a limited supply of ammunition on him. Besides, it should be safe; the duration of it's smoke form was extended when it fed of the fear. Now, it might get some delicious hatred from the self-titled Hangman.

Hooligan smiled as he teleported in front of the jewellery store. When Hooligan entered the store the cashier was surprised to see him simply taking the jewellery. The cashier was even more surprised when Hooligan stabbed him and sliced off his head. When he was finished ransacking the place Hooligan brought the dead cashier to the front of the store and put his body in the display case. He then proceeded to pull up a chair and sit down. After a while the voice in his head spoke up, "this is boring," it said.

"I agree," replied Hooligan.

"How about a book?"

Hooligan reached into his satchel and pulled out the book 'The Shining' "perfect," said Hooligan, "I could do with a good laugh."

Pat thought about it for a second, and he knew that he was right, but...

 

"A plan... Yes, but uh... well, I'm afraid that if I came off as a strategist to you, then you are wrong. I am not gifted in that regard, so unless you've got a brilliant plan, we must act now! I am afraid we are already wasting time. That maniac is already there, and he seems capable of doing anything!"

 

Pat was on edge even more now, thinking of what that person could already be doing.

Hesh had walked for awhile when he found himself outside the jewellery store 'thats strange' he thought 'isn't the store the other side? Ah... That huge junk of burning scrap must have confused my sense of direction' sighing about his failure of making a mind map he went into the jewellery store to find... Hooligan! ''So this is where ya end up to?'' He hadn't noticed the corpse in the display case neither did he care for it ''Are you waiting for those two back there to come and 'stop' you?'' Hesh asked with his eyes still being golden. It was a slightly strange colour and could arose suspicious activites in Hooligan whom he was speaking to.

Shade hit the ground hard, fracturing his pelvis. "That at least shouldn't take too long to heal," he muttered to himself as he got up and looked at what he was dealing with. Some new force arrived and was now dealing with the woman that he couldn't remember who was. She was firing into it with what looked to be no avail. 

 

"What was I doing again?" Shade said as he scratched his head with his newly formed hand. "Should I help that woman or just sit and watch?"

 

"Eh, watching seems a lot more fun." A soda can and binoculars materialized in his hands and he opened the can. Shade sat on the edge of the building watching the fight with his binoculars.

Noose stopped her barrage. "You're going to owe me for those." She unhooked herself form her minigun and dropped it to the floor. "Looks like I'll have to use one of my special tools for you. Be right back." and she was gone in a spit second. One passed, Then, 3. Then 5. Wasn't till 10 that she was back, and holding something in her hands, a scabbard. "Unconventional threats on earth, particularly int his city, have been on the rise. Threats considered of an "otherworldly nature" have to be dealt with just like any other. Luckily I found this ancient Zweihander, blessed by warrior priests, allegedly endowed by the gods of Norse faith. It is even believed that this may be the legendary sword Gram. With a few retrofits and enhancements, particular a titanium alloy binding, the edition of some runes, and the recent add on of some interesting crystal fragments I found on a performance stage near a high school where some reportedly 'magical' phenomena were reported." She drew her long blade from it's sheath. A blade that size would, as it's name entailed, take two hands of a rather well built man to effectively wield. She started twirling it in one. 

 

"Lets' see if there's any merrit to those claims." Faster than lightning, she charged, taking a swing at the shadowy figure.

((sorry haven't been on for a while, I've been busy and exhausted as hell ))

 

The anger and rage slowly began to rise within Vixen. The love of her life was ignoring her. This slut was bugging her ruining everything and now some random shadow was bugging her. She tried to remember what her daddy always told her, Just don't get mad Sweetie, your better than them, but it was so hard when everyone was treating her like garbage. She remembered that first boyfriend she had that cheated on her and how she had cried but then hugged him too much. Let's just say he never cheated again. The tears were welling up inside until suddenly "SHUT UP ALL OF YOU I HAVE HAD JUST ABOUT ENOUGH!" Fire was all she could see. Looking at Shade she grabbed him by the ankles. "WHY WON'T YOU LOVE ME?!" Then tossed him at the female named Noose.  

 

((Also I hope what I did wasn't too meta, lets just say my character doesn't like being ignored and gets mad very easily. It also explains kinda where her powers even come from))

"Oh for the sake of piss." Noose saw Shade being chucked into her field of vision. He was int he way of her strike. *sigh* She made, though she couldn't hear it. She was traveling much faster than the sound of her own voice. She continued on with the swing anyways. With Shade in the way.

The blade simply passes through, as though going through smoke. The monster chuckles, the masked figure completely ill equipped to deal with it. Considering the dense population, at least. All this fear and hatred was simply allowing him to keep it up indefinitely. He was even using that which he's feeding to toss his awareness around, looking for something else of interest. Perhaps, a place to build a lab. He'd need to make a certain device to make a proper Rift, one that would allow him communications with a proper Eldritch Abomination to do business with. I need to bring the World Eater here; it's too boring without Jabberwock!

Shade was just sitting there minding his own business, watching the fight. Then all of the sudden, a woman he didn't even know, yells at him of why he didn't love her. "What are you talking abbbooouuuuuutttttt?!" he yelled as she suddenly was picked up and thrown into the air.  

 

Shade noticed he was thrown in the direction of the fight when he was just about to reach it. "Oh great..." he muttered. But before he could land, a blur whizzed by him and the next second his body was almost completely torn in half, only staying together by a few threads. "Oh come on! I just healed from that goddamn bullet wound earlier! And now this!"

Hooligan dropped his book and stood up as he saw the green shirted man approach him, "Oh hello again.......um.......I'm drawing a blank on your name." said Hooligan.

"I think it's Kevin," said the voice in his head.

"Right, hello again Kevin." Hooligan picked up the sack of stolen jewellery and threw them at 'Kevin', "you want these?" asked Hooligan, "I've got no use for them."

Hesh catched the bag but due to his power being activated he had to throw it somewhere so it fell on the ground quite quickly leaving some small cracks around it and after that he picked it up saying ''Well sure, but my name's Hesh. H-E-S-H, simple.'' Hesh then opened the bag looking at the jewellery ''Wonder where i could sell them... Not entirely sure right now.'' he talked to himself apparently before talking to Hooligan again ''So, want some backup if the two fighters come or should i just watch the fight?''

"I don't know, Hesh seems a little complicated to remember," said Hooligan.

"I agree," said the voice in his head, "Kevin is a lot easier to remember."

"Sorry Hesh, but I'm gonna have to agree with the voice in my head. Kevin is a lot easier to remember." Hooligan rifled around in his bag for a bit and pulled out a flair, "so Kevin, to answer your question, you can join if you want. But first they have to get here." Hooligan aimed the flare in the air and fired, "shouldn't be long now."

John nodded "Well luckily i'm decently skilled in that department. So here is the plan. I will distract him, while you sneak around and find a weak spot. Since he doesn't seem like the inteligent type, i will try to outsmart him. Once we get him on the ground, we should easily be able to subdue or kill him if need be" Said John simply

Pat simply replied. He almost preferred just to confront the guy like normal, but he knew that would not be the best way to defeat someone like that. Yet, he feared underestimating the man even still. Like he was saying earlier though, they had to get going now!

"Oh no Pookie" I didn't mean to throw you. Vixen quickly skipped up to Shade while the other two rumbled it out. "Awww Honey I'm so sorry I didn't mean to throw you, you just made me so very mad, cause your the only boy for me" she said grabbing his upper torso and pulling his head into her chest. "But I think now its time for me to play nurse" She said winking. "Aww and you even got me a scarf though its a little meaty." She had wrapped his intestines around her neck. "Oh and I still have your hand too lovey I kept it in my secret place though but I'll give it back to you when we get to my place okay?" She picked up his lower torso. Her expression confused. "Oh Pookie your in two...Wait I know lets go get some tape!" Holding her man together...barely she lifted into the air to fly to the nearest store.
