I'm just not sure he fits into an rp about pirates.

I could use it like magic to enchant pirate themed accessories. He doesn't do the type of chaos magic that turns water in the ocean in chocolate milk and make fish fly in the air. His magic doesn't really does many advantages to the crew. He is more chaotic in the way that he would spend his day coloring the ship's canons from black to dark blue. His chaos magic is more like pointless than useful. Like who would need a spell that make eyes turn red?... I think as a pirate is someone who hate the rules and do whatever he wants, it's a very chaotic type of existence. Adventure and stuff. But in any case, my OC is just a big fan of Discord and not really related to him in any way. He might be not very suited for pirate entirely, but he is definitely the guy who would join a pirate crew if proposed. Like "Hey do you want to go on a dangerous adventure that won't be entirely legal but with shiny treasures and undiscovered lands? And you might never come back in one piece too!" and he would totally agree, for the liberty, for the adventure. He has that need of freedom that every pirate have and definitely lacks the moral enough to go against the law.

But you are the dungeon master. Perhaps there is a role in your rp that would suit Missklang better? Or perhaps none at all? After all, not every RP needs a jester...

It's just that I don't personally think that this OC fits in since it's going to be a rather serious Rp with a bit of a dark tone to it, But if Dark haert is okay with you joining his ship, You can join.

Night silently watched his Ice Legion set up camp, he then turned and jumped to another tree, and then another, and another. With time he reached a campsite. He slowly trotted into the camp, and he noted that it was a one pony camp, and they were away.

Night slowly walks in the middle of the camp, and accidentally stepped into a snare.

Whaaa! He shouted in surprise. As he was dangling from the tree, he saw a mare walk up to him. Night quickly sliced through his bonds with a frozen slash, and landed upright.

Shadar'Kai, I presume?

The mare nodded and said "Night? I guess you are as good as they say."

Night blushes, and replied Well, we have a town to take back, don't we? Let's dance, M'Lady?

As Night silently dashed into the Forrest, with Shadar'Kai right behind him, he whistled loudly. Almost instantly, a drum bleated in the distance.

The legion is on its way...

I'm seeing a few problems here, His sword for one, It freezes water? Seems very overpowered in an RP like this. Your OC's current state also seems to hinder you from being a pirate, With him having a brother who needs to be kept in school and fed.

 

And a question, Did I miss something about the crystal above his head?

Ok, ill have to admit, i forgot about the sword, lemme edit that, he DOES have a brother, and this is a backstory, if you want, you can check out Alpha (his brother) I didn't use him because he was too OP.They are both grown up, as the backstory happened in the past. As for the crystal, I forgot about adding that part, I'm adding it now...

Sapphire stood at the docks, unsure of where to go her sister had rough instructions on who she was supposed to meet. 'I need to find somepony to direct me? ' She continues further into the harbor trying to find an inn or shop. She finally bumbs into an male earth pony who pointed her in the right direction she walked into the barracks (if there is one) 'corporal Sapphire here mam' happy in the fact that even with the reports here the goodness had not left.

 

I hope that's ok?

i meant is yes, he keeps his sword, it doesn't freeze water on touch, instead cools it, when its moved the water almost instantaneously goes back to normal energy. and finally yes that is the core... if you have any other questions, feel free to ask
