My Rainbow Dash Art made me cry

I was asked to add color to a rainbow dash picture I inked but the first one I did all free hand so the mathematics of their for shortening and proportions were nice but not perfect so today I decided to start from scratch and use some of my many art tools to help me map out Rainbow Dashes geometry for her perspective, for shortening, proportions, and atmospheric perspective. Then hours later once I've mostly went over the sketch with my pen basically designed to ink comics, added color and just had like ten minutes left max I smear the PERMANENT INK from the nose before it drys and ruin ours of work on what in my arrogant opinion was going to be an otherwise bad ass looking Rainbow Dash and now I have to start again from scratch tomorrow. I used white paint to go over the part were it smeared which is what a lot of comic inkers do but I didn't wait long enough and the paint mixed with the black ink to make a very noticeable gray that sticks out and ruins everything. I am going to cry myself to sleep now literally

I love comic inking. (The way comics were made before the computer age with special technical pens) but the lack of ability to erase like with pencil makes me so sad sometimes. One mistake with a technical when inking and everything is ruined.
