I have pieced together Human Twilight's birthday:

• Looking at the calendar on Human Twilight's cork board, we can see that the month starts on a Tuesday. Twilight drew a cake on the 30th day of the month.
• Friendship Games takes place in the Fall (Leaves on the ground in the opening shots).
• The only Fall month to start on a Tuesday in 2015 was September.
• If this were 2014, the most appropriate month would be July, but that is during the summer.
• The first EQG was released in 2013. In that year, October started on a Tuesday.

Based on the last point, October would make the most sense, considering the passage of time between the movies.

 

So Human Twilight's birthday is October 30th, 1995.

I have always wondered who's birthday it was on that calendar considering the fact that Sci-Twi seemed to never have any friends at Crystal Prep (though there IS the possibility that the birthday was that of a family member's, or friend that does not go to her school, hell it could've even been Spike's birthday for all we know), but until then, her own birthday does make sense, however, due to my own headcanon, I believe that Sci-Twi is the same age as me right now, which is 17. But then again, I could be wrong too, and the information you presented does make sense.

A common headcanon. I believe a lot of people always guess cartoon characters ages to be close to their own. Myself included.

 

I'm 25 and I'm happy to say that I was right about the ponys being in their early 20s! (Rainbow Dash's 21 candles.)

 

Being a senior in high school means you can't be younger than 17 unless you skiped a year, so your theory checks out too. She would be turning 18 at the end of October.

 

EDIT: Just realized I put the wrong year. Fixed it.

Well that's an interesting guess.

Personally I think that Twilight's birthday is on December 3rd because it is the day Sweet and Elite took place on.

And it would work for pony twilight and Sci Twi.
