theories: I think starswirl is holding back some great evil from breaking into equestria. and next season it will break through.

I hope Starlight doesn't become part of the main cast. She should be used like Discord is, and mostly appear in the episodes that are focused on her, rather than show up in almost every episode.

I would love to see Starswirl, also more of Celestia and Luna especially as fillies, Fluttershy's family and Rainbow Dash's family, more CMC, and some new mythological creatures.

Seeing Star Swirl would be rather Epic, along with world building..like we've seen in S5.

 

But, I heard Weird Al wants to be in Season 6...so maybe, hopefully we'll get to see more Cheese Sandwich in an episode or two. He was pretty awesome in his episode.I'd love to see him in MLP again.

I want an episode focused on Silver Spoon. There are plenty of ideas like the Cutie Mark Crusaders helping her with what her cutie mark means, or seeing her family and lifestyle.

Well, I HOPE that starlight gets GTFO of the show and basically just has one episode and that's it along the lines of coco pommel. Essentially, give us an episode where she goes to make up with Sunburst, and then goes back to her village to live out the rest of her life outside the show and without being made a recurring major character.

 

I'd also like an episode talking about the alicorns history and what happened to them, with them referencing Skyla as the first natural born alicorn in over 1000 years when she finally gets to be born to cadence.

On that note, I also want cadence to give birth this season, with maybe a couple episodes showing her visibly pregnant prior to that.

 

I would also like a new villain who's not redeemed, and a nice meta-arc leading up to them.

More map episodes and maybe some more focus on the EOH and the Tree of harmony's lore.

 

I want Lightning dust and Wind rider to return. I doubt it would happen, but freaking hell it would be awesome to have RD and Gilda team up as a team against them in a race or something of that sort to make Gilda's heel face turn have even more weight.

I would also want to avoid LD and WR getting redeemed.

 

More Trixie! A trixie episode would be great.

 

A celestia episode FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Seriously, its been 5 seasons and no episode XD

And of course, as always, more adventure episodes. Maybe even one like power ponies, I really liked the powers the mane six got during that episode, they really fit them (Apart from Fluttershy's)

 

 

As for my ACTUAL theory of what will happen, I've said it way too many times by now so I think people are probably sick of hearing it by now, but I'm pretty sure (like 90%) that we'll get a season of Starlight becoming the seventh EOH.

Not so sure on this but also think its highly plausible she'll either become an alicorn princess to act as twilights "jr. princess" or be set up to become one in the movie.

They show a massive amount of the world without showing the ENTIRE world, so if they want to they can easily introduce new parts of the planet or new lands. Like the "into the unknown!" part.

I want a villain that reveals himself in the premiere, and is defeated in the finale, not like Starlight though, I want this villain to do multiple things during the season, like half the episodes are serious action-adventure stories against the threat, and the other half are slice of life

 

In terms of characters, I want to see Starswirl

 

I also really want to see Twilight and Starlight duo fight a really strong opponent (Dooku style)

Celestia and Luna travel episode, meeting Fluttershy's brother, Seeing Discord hanging out with each of the mane six individually ("Three's Company style), and hopefully...no more Starlight. I really don;t care for that character, and I think her arc has run its course.
