Malfoy slowed his laughing as he took his hands from Apep's sides. The wolf took a few breathes to catch his breath from laughing. "I figured I should stop for now before you wet yourself." He teased with a smirk on his face. "But now I know your weakness young lady."

Kronos was sitting at his own table. Alone. With no one else but his pet Blob on the table. They were both eating some of the food that was available at the festival.

 

"Enjoying yourself, little guy?" Kronos asked Blob. Bolb simply nodded in reply.

 

Kronos took out his guitar again and began playing in the middle of the picnic area, not caring as to whether or not anyone there is listening:

@@Mentis Soliloquy, "Swimming it is then." Ryo stood up from his spot and started stretching his legs and arms a little. He hadn't been swimming in a few months now, so its another welcome change. Was walked over to Shizuko who was progressing well with her project. "Shi, we're going down to the water to go swimming. Behave yourself and don't go causing too much trouble. Just come get me if you need something."

 

""Yes captain." Shizuko saluted to Ryo before turning back to the sand castle project. "Alright, let's go Bass."

Scarlet landed next to Blitz and felt a bit more energetic. She simply glanced at the dragon next to her and a she could feel a light blush form on her cheeks. "That was pretty good flying. I didn't expect you to be that maneuverable." She said. The hawk had noticed that a volleyball game was starting, but didn't really want to participate just yet.

Nero noticed JR and decided that he might as well make a bit of small talk while he was here. "Looks like I'm not the only one who has nothing to do." He said, approaching the cat. "My name is Nero, by the way."

​Mary got in line, and noticed the volleyball game starting as she walked up to the food stand. ​"Oh no...I've never been much good at sports. Especially not V-Ball. Heh. I could barely hit it over the net...and I always fell flat on my ass. Man, I wish I could play that better."

​JR looked up from his 3DS and nodded to the guy that approached him. ​​"Sup, dude? I'm JR. Ya know, from the coffee shop? But damn, I couldn't make a good impression to save my life. Considering how bad I was at swimming."

Blitz nodded slightly and looked at Scarlet. "I practice whenever I have the time." He said. "I actually enjoyed flying with you as well. It's something I have yet to experience and it was relaxing if anything."

Apep smiled slightly and relaxed a bit. "Well, I know yours." She whispered. The snake then rested her head on Malfoy's shoulder and gave a slight hum in content.

"Oh, of course," Denise agreed, nodding and smirking at Scarlett, "Just a funny voice, after all."

"I guess you do." Malfoy said smiling only to suddenly freeze for a second with his face turning red as Apep rested her head on his shoulder.

 

The wolf sat the awkwardly next to the snake unsure what to do. "Do I put my arm around her, is this an invitation for that? Or do I just hold still while she rests there?" He questioned himself glancing down at her for a second before deciding to avoid making her uncomfortable by putting is arm around her.

@@Unicorncob Savannah fistbumped Denise back and then went back to selecting what she'd order. She spotted her favourite on the menu and decided to have that.

 

"A chocolate ice cream please," Ocean said as she requested her own meal of sorts. "With caramel syrup and a chocolate flake please." She then waited as the vendor prepared the frozen treat. She payed and then went back over to Savannah in the taco queue.

 

"Chocolate?" Savannah said. "What a surprise. It's always chocolate."

"Yep," Ocean snickered, then went and took a seat on a bench shaded by a vibrant red and white striped parasol.

Crystal sat up and stretched her arms, before getting up, she had also not swam in quite some time. She walked over to them as they talked. "Well ok then." The pair made their way down to the water before Crystal took slow movements into the water. "Cold, cold, cold." As she went in further getting used to the temperature.

"But of course! Though I do have a question. What if you wear one of those hats when it rains. Wouldn't the ring around the top fill up with water."

@@Mentis Soliloquy, Ryo was cautious about taking steps into the water, putting one foot in to test the temperature before putting himself in was most likely a good idea, the water wasn't freezing by any means, but it surely wasn't the warmest either. He was slow but he eventually got all the way in up to the point in which he was now swimming. Yet another reason why he was grateful to not have fur, it wasn't going to weigh him down when he got out. He took a breath and dived under the water for a moment before resurfacing with a satisfied smile on his face. "Urgh, that was stupid. I think I swallowed some water. Not pleasant. Refreshing but not pleasant. What a great first impression of my swimming ability."

​The beach volleyball game was underway as the girls began playing the game around the net. As one would expect, boys were crowding the area to watch the girls play in the hot sun. Typical.

 

​Mary looked over at the  game, but all the boys in the way rendered her unable to see. ​"Dammit. Can't see crap."

She had decided on her favourite after all after contemplating trying something a little different. Once she had received her food and handed over the payment, she went to sit with Ocean. "Enjoying that?" she asked as her best friend munched down the last of the ice cream cone.

"Well... I was," Ocean said. "But, I mean... now it's all gone. Already." Savannah snick red in reply and took a hungry bite from her own snack.

Malfoy noticed Apep pulling her head off his shoulder and looked at her feeling a bit regretful and timid. "Oh no, sorry you're fine... to be honest I don't often get very close to women since I usually just hang out at home animating. And when I'm out in in town I'm just there for errands, so I don't converse with many others." He admitted before resting his head on Apep's shoulder feeling a wave of anxiousness wash over him. "But I really do enjoy your company."

​Mary started eating her food as well, trying to listen in on what she could with the game. It was hopeless. There were too many people in the way watching the volleyball game for them to even get a good look. ​"Ugh. Damn perverts always wanna be so close. It's annoying."

@@Mentis Soliloquy, "Hey, I can swim. I just made a slight miscalculation resulting in me swallowing some water." Ryo wiped his eyes and shook his head to try and dry some of the water off. It was slightly effective at doing its job. "As for how long it's been since I've been swimming, few years maybe? Time just seems to all mesh together nowadays. I'm sure I can remember how to swim. I'm not going to start drowning. But I do think I'll be trying to keep my head above the water if  at all possible." Ryo chuckled slightly as he lay on his back in the water, floating across the surface.Occasionally brushing his arms in the water for that little extra bit of motion.

 

Shizuko looked up from her sand castle towards the games being played. Not that she could see much from behind the wall of people "Is this really the only reason people even come to these festivals? To eye up women and eat junk food? Yet another time being 11 pays off for me. At least no one will be paying attention to anything I do, why look at me when they can look at boobs?" A dastardly smile formed across Shizuko's face as he mind thought of a few little pranks she could pull, abusing this factor. One of which would allow her to get away without being spotted and get some other people into a little flame. "I suppose I can give them what they want." She stepped away from her sand castle building and wormed her way through the crowds of people until she was at the front. Her plan was that when someone came close enough, she would pull one of the strings and make someone's bra fall off. "I am a being of pure evil aren't I? I hope I can get away with this one. My not so wise brother once said. YOLO."
