How would you make Flim and Flam more distinct from each other?

Flim and Flam seem to be identical, other than their names, Flam's moustache, and perhaps their voices. For the sake of anyone writing fanfics about or involving them, I would like to see your ideas on how you could make each brother more distinct.

 

What hobbies, behaviours, and interests do you imagine each of the brothers to have? And which pony would be the leader, and which one will be the assistant? Where do you think they would live, if they do (or do not) have the Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000?

Well, i guess simple ways to distinguish the pair would be to have Flim actually second geuss trying to take over businesses and Flam becoming a stagnant leader. Thus forcing Flim to follow him and Flam to change slightly into a little more of an evil boss. As to hobbies, i can't say i'm sure. We don't get to see too much into the personalities of the two and so its hard to give them hobbies though they look like they might enjoy a game like monopoly.
