One example that comes to mind... just try playing as Toad in Super Mario Advance. You'll want to strangle him after five minutes.

I don't know.. I actually like Daisy over Rosalina and Peach.  Rosalina is boring and unrelatable to me and Peach is OK.

But I usually go with Luigi, I loved him since I was a little kid.

Daisy punched Bowser out of her way in Mario Party 3~  Toad is cute, kinda underrated in a way, he's adorable and well...  Something about him is simply likable.  Probably because you could be bounce on their heads in Sunshine, that was always fun.

I'll be honest, my view of Toad was permanently altered thanks to the Super Mario Bros Super Show. I can't imagine Toad any other way now. lol

I've never really cared for any of them when playing, mostly because I usually play Mario Kart and none of them are what I'd consider good in that. Recently I've gone with Rosalina (best of all the princesses) because she's really good in Mario Kart 8 (I'd recommend Rosalina on the jet bike with the cyber slicks with the MKTV parasol). I haven't played a recent Mario Party game, but in the ones i have played I go with Luigi because Luigi is awesome. I also used him in any Mario Kart game that didn't feature Rosalina. In any of the recent main series Mario games though I used Luigi when I could and Rosalina when possible.

And yet that's what my mind considers canon Mario. Aside from some of the production values it's a really, really creative cartoon and definitely one of my favorites.

Compared to "Adventures of Sonic the hedgehog" and the other cartoons based off of games in it's time, it's alright.  It's sorta like Sonic Boom in terms of its story lines.

AoStH is pretty much the Sonic equivalent of that show. Taking the franchise in a weird direction but it works very well.

 

I've yet to see any Sonic Boom or play the games. My lack of a Wii-U has made me sad. I liked Sonic 06, I can like this one.

For a while someone was posting the episodes online, they were really funny! I won't spoil anything for you, if you get the chance you should try one.

I make a point of buying my entertainment so that wouldn't have helped me. When they get it on DVD I'll definitely be giving it a watch.

back in the day when i used to play old super mario bros 2. peach is somewhat useful with that floating skirt. as you said. but now. i cant even use her and her screaming (esp. when she falls) is 100000X annoying

In Mariokart Wii I play as Luigi. I have been playing as Dry Bowser (Mk8dx) a little more because of the World Record Strategy. I usually avoid lightweights like Toad and Toadette, though.

I usually avoid them, but not because of the fact of who they are. Normally I just prefer other characters. Like Weegee .

I always use Daisy if she's available as a playable character as I prefer her over Peach given that the former doesn't get nearly as much attention as the latter as well as the addition of Rosalina to the Mario cast. I rarely use Toad unless I've no alternative in order to acquire something specific that requires him. Peach... I tend to change my opinion of her every now and then.

I play Luigi or Waluigi because in the Mario Party games Mario, Peach, Daisy, and Toad always cheated. On to of that I like beating them cause they are useless in the Mario Bros. Universe.
