Thrond 3,271 June 8, 2016 Share June 8, 2016 I'd still watch it, because the art style isn't one of my primary reasons to enjoy this show, but I do have to say that I strongly appreciate the art style for what it is. I wouldn't have watched the show if Rainbow Dash hasn't appeared on all people's avatars on YouTube, and she actually looked good! Landi 602 August 28, 2020 Share August 28, 2020 While there are some good art styles out there, there's just something so iconic about the shows style. Seeing the ponies in that simple, yet great looking style just really got me interested. Mix that with the characters and plot, I was really drawn in! Now, would I have still had that draw to watch the show if it was in another style? Well, it depends on the style. There are probably a few other styles that would've had the same draw. Although, I feel that most just wouldn't d it for me. I do really like good visuals along with a great story, so if I didn't like the art style, I may have not stuck around. So, while other styles can be interesting, I'm very happy with the one we got!
