Baked Green Beans

  1. Preheat oven at about 425 degrees F
  2. Put frozen green beans in bowl
  3. Pour in olive oil and stir until green beans have a light coating
  4. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  5. Dump green beans on sheet and spread evenly
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste (this can be done while they’re in the bowl if you prefer)
  7. Place in oven for about 7-8 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and use a spatula to turn the green beans
  9. Spread evenly again and place back in oven
  10. Cook until preferred crispiness (usually another 7 minutes gets me a slight burn with some caramelized brown on the edges, but feel free to pop them out early to check on them)

Dump into a bowl, grab a fork and eat!

I forgot to mention Mac n cheese with peas and canned tuna added in. Might sound weird, but it’s sooo delicious! I haven’t had it in years

I'll agree, just without the peas.
