The Empire Strikes Back by John Williams. Anything John Williams is stirring, inspiring and beautiful, but the Star Wars scores are my favorite. Empire has the best music of the Star Wars movies in my opinion with the sweeping Han & Leia Theme and the incomparable Imperial March. Raiders of the Lost Ark and Superman ('78) are also big contenders. 

If you're looking for songs, I'll say 'Book of Days' from Far And Away. I'm not a huge fan of Enya, but I love the movie and it seems to flow from it very gracefully.

Mine would have to be Singin' in the Rain from the end titles to A Clockwork Orange. I always found funny that after such a disturbing masterpiece of a film, this is the song they decided to wrap up the movie with:

For now though, it's The Touch from the Transformers 86 Movie along with the movie's theme song that plays both in the climax and the credits
