Because you can avoid places like Crystal Lake or Frankenstein's Lab... you can have weapons for fighting Aliens and Predators... you might even be able to outrun a Mummy or even use silver on Werewolves...

I'd say Werewolves, they are vicious and can tear you to pieces within seconds. They are also tough to take down, and fast moving, making them even deadlier.
